Alexander Ollig grew up in Mönchen-Gladbach and studied Modern and Older German literature at RWTH Aachen. In 1986, he completed his master's degree with a thesis on the protestant clergyman and author Johann Rist. He then joined ZDF working for more than two decades in various roles. As an editor at ZDF he was responsible for television series and serials. In 2009, he joined Bavaria as executive producer. In the same year, his novel "Im falschen Augenblick" was published by Bastei Lübbe. He also wrote theatre plays such as the comedy "Blumen und andere Nettigkeiten." His plays have been performed in various theatres in Germany.

Before that she was an advisor to the senior management and production team from 1994 to 1997. Anna started her career in 1992 with ndF, first as a producer with Thilo Kleine and later as executive producer for TV movies and series with Dr. Claudia Sihler.
Anna studied Law at the Munich School of Management and then went on to the University of Television and Film in Munich. She completed her studies in 1992 with a short film which was co-produced by SWR.

Doris Zander has been producing for Bavaria Fiction in Berlin since October 2013, and is executive producer on the ARD series "The Trash Team" as well as the ZDF event two-parter "High Spirits" and the ZDF series "Widowed at Last" among others. Zander began her career as managing director of Hans Rosenthal's production company Entertainment Berlin for six years, leaving to join Studio Hamburg Produktion. After founding and working as executive producer and co-partner of teamWorx Produktion for cinema and television, she returned to Studio Hamburg Produktion based in Berlin in 2004, where she headed the competence centre LETTERBOX and was responsible for the production of the company's 90-minute television films. Since 2006, she headed Aspekt Telefilm-Produktion Berlin, a company of the SPIEGEL Group. Doris Zander has been a member of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation's Manager Circle for many years.

Emanuel Rotstein, Head of Documentaries, is responsible for setting up the non-fiction production unit at Bavaria Fiction. The multiple award-winning author and producer was Senior Director of Programming at A+E Networks Germany for the linear and non-linear pay-TV channels "The History Channel" and "Crime + Investigation" until December 2021. Rotstein has made a name for himself within the industry, particularly as the author and producer of local originals.
During his time at A+E, Rotstein was responsible for documentaries such as "The Liberators: Why We Fought" about the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp by the US Army, "The Eleventh Day - The Survivors of Munich 1972", "Guardians of Heritage" and "The Invisible Line - America's Nazi Experiment" about the infamous Third Wave social experiment. Most recently, the true-crime format "Face to Face" for "Crime + Investigation" was created under Rotstein's leadership.
Prior to that, he headed the editorial department of MPR Film und Fernsehproduktion GmbH from 2003 to 2010 and worked under the aegis of Maurice Philip Remy on the multiple award-winning documentaries "Mogadischu", "Max von Oppenheim" and "Kill Hitler". Emanuel Rotstein is a graduate of the University of Westminster, London.

Isabelle Fedyk joined Bavaria Fiction from STUDIOCANAL, where, as Vice President Marketing & PR, she led the marketing and PR operations of the company's TV department for two and a half years.
Isabelle Fedyk began her career at Red Arrow International, the international program distributor of ProSiebenSat.1 Media Group. For ten years, she was in charge of marketing and PR in various roles, the last being Senior Vice President Marketing & Publicity.
Isabelle Fedyk studied sociology, communications science and economics at the University of Augsburg and holds an MBA in media management from Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin.
As Head of Marketing and PR, Isabelle Fedyk oversees national and international communications for the company's productions as well as its corporate activity.
Jan Kruse has been with the Bavaria Film Group for over 25 years, and as an Executive Producer he has been responsible for episodes of "Tatort" with the teams Stefan Jürgens & Dominic Raacke, Peter Sodann & Bernd Michael Lade and Simone Thomalla & Martin Wuttke. Working with Sonja Goslicki, he has also focused on crossover productions with Dietmar Bär & Klaus J. Behrendt. Alongside productions in Portugal, Israel and the Czech Republic, Jan Kruse has also made films for children and teenagers, played a crucial role in the development of the Grimme Prize-nominated collection "Krimi.de", made vital contributions to the series "Sechs auf einen Streich" and the fairytale "Schneeweißchen und Rosenrot", and produced a season of "Schloss Einstein".
Jan Kruse was born in Hamburg in 1969 and first studied Computer Science and Business Administration. After helping to organize various film festivals and working as line producer, assistant director and production manager, he switched to studying film at the University of Hamburg, today the Hamburg Media School. There he participated in courses on directing and script writing before changing to Production Management; he graduated with honours in 1998.

As Managing Director Production and Finance, Jan S. Kaiser is responsible for commercial and operational processes at Bavaria Fiction. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Bavaria Fiction in 2007, when the company was founded, Jan S. Kaiser had been an authorised signatory and Head of Production for Bavaria Film since 2002 and was also Managing Director of Bavaria Pictures from 2004 to 2016.
While studying, Jan S. Kaiser worked in the production of advertising, television and feature films. In 1992 he joined ndF (neue deutsche Filmgesellschaft) as an economist graduate, and from 1994 onwards he oversaw the creation of numerous TV series, TV movies and feature films in his capacity as Supervising Producer. In 1994 he was also appointed Managing Director of Crime TV GmbH. In 1999 he became Head of Production at ndF.
Jan S. Kaiser studied economics at the universities of Mannheim and Stuttgart-Hohenheim with special focus on marketing, organization, sociology and HR.

Jonas Baur comes to Bavaria Fiction from ITV Studios, where he most recently produced the TV movie "Die Tänzerin und der Gangster" for Sat.1. Prior to that, he held various positions at UFA Serial Drama for more than 20 years, including executive producer of "Spotlight" and "Sterne für Berlin" as well as producer of "Verbotene Liebe" and the telenovela "Verliebt in Berlin", the first season of which he also co-developed. He was also a founding member of the UFA Green Team for Sustainable Producing in 2014. Jonas Baur studied law with a focus on media law at the University of Bonn and the Free University of Berlin.

From 2009 to 2021, Marcus Ammon worked for Sky Deutschland in the content department, where he was responsible for the section Original Production. Fictional in-house productions such as "Das Boot", "Babylon Berlin", "Pagan Peak" and "8 Tage" were developed and produced under Ammon's guidance. In addition to this role, he represented the European production unit Sky Studios in Germany and Austria. Previously Marcus Ammon was in charge of the development and expansion of the film and series channels at Sky.
Before joining Sky, Marcus Ammon was Managing Director at MGM Networks Deutschland GmbH between 2003 and 2009. Prior to that, he served as Program Director at Universal Studios Networks Germany GmbH and was responsible for program acquisition and planning for the channels 13th Street und Studio Universal. Marcus Ammon spent the first four years of his professional career at broadcasters ProSieben and Kabel 1.
Marcus Ammon studied theatre, film and television studies, business administration and political science at the Ruhr University in Bochum.

Maximiliane Prokop has been a producer at Bavaria Fiction in Berlin since spring 2023. Previously, she was a producer at X Filme Creative Pool and worked on the ZDF series "Doktor Ballouz", the RTL event series "Das Haus der Träume", the ZDF political thriller series "Furia" and the Grimme Award-winning RBB series "Tina mobil", among others.
Before that she was a junior producer at Constantin Film and, among other things, personal assistant to Bora Dagtekin during the filming of "Das perfekte Geheimnis" and "Fack ju Göhte 3". She was executive producer on the coming-of-age short film "Jenny", which was awarded the FFF Bavaria sponsorship prize and nominated for the German Short Film Award.
Maximiliane studied communication science and psychology at the LMU Munich and subsequently completed a diploma in production and media business at the University of Television and Film Munich.

Nicole C. Buck has worked for Bavaria Fiction for 12 years, primarily for "SOKO Stuttgart". From 2004 to 2009 she was dramatic advisor for the doctor series "In aller Freundschaft" for Saxonia Media Fernsehproduktion (MDR). In addition to her TV work, she is involved in multimedia projects, including the installation "Hegel für Anfänger" (script and direction) with Walter Sittler at the Museum Hegel-Haus or the performance "TatüTata711" by the Citizen.KANE.Kollektiv (both 2020). After studying art history and German language and literature at the University of Stuttgart, Nicole C. Buck worked as a journalist for several years. She is currently studying part-time for a Master's degree in Modern German Literature in a Media Cultural Context at the FernUniversität Hagen. She is also a guest lecturer at the Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart.

Ronald Mühlfellner has been an executive producer with Bavaria since 1996. Known for his work on movie franchises such as "Tatort", "Polizeiruf 110" and "Inga Lindström", event miniseries including "Kennedy's Brain" and "Bella Germania", as well as feature films "Ludwig II" and "Antonio, ihm schmeckt's nicht!". His most recent movie "Nach uns der Rest der Welt" premiered at Filmfest Munich 2023.
