BRUSSELS MINDFULNESS

Brussels Mindfulness was founded in 2014 by three mindfulness teachers who have been providing mindfulness to internationals and were looking to professionalise their offering. We partner with the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre and other leading mindfulness centres around the world for our programmes, using curricula that are scientifically validated and whose benefits are well understood... Brussels Mindfulness offers a comprehensive 1,5-year mindfulness teacher training programme in English with leading international teachers. We are currently offering our fourth cohort of the teacher training programme... Brussels Mindfulness believes that mindfulness can contribute to a kinder world and to better decisions. We provide mindfulness courses and workshops, stress management courses, teacher trainings, leadership trainings to individuals and organisations.
