The Des Moines County Regional Solid Waste Commission is an intergovernmental 28E agency serving the Southeast Iowa communities of Burlington, Mt. Pleasant, Mediapolis, Winfield, Morning Sun, Danville, New London, Salem, Rome, West Burlington, Westwood, Middletown, and Des Moines County... Our commission is governed by a board made up of representatives appointed by each member community.
