Greg Garland

Attorney Greg Garland obtained his Juris Doctor in 1980 from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, and started his own legal practice shortly after graduation. In addition to his legal degree, Mr. Garland holds a Master's Degree in Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography. During law school, he participated in the Moot Court Board and was a Client Counseling Finalist. Attorney Greg Garland tried his first medical malpractice court case in 1983 and has developed considerable advocacy skills over the past 20 years. He completed the Advanced National College of Trial Advocacy in 1984 and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in 1986. In 1994, he was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of attorneys who have obtained one million and multimillion-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Tax Court. As a Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, attorney Greg Garland served as an Air Intelligence Officer for the 56th Special Operations Wing, the last unit to suffer casualties in the Vietnam War.
