Radhesh Gupta

People, who know Radhesh Gupta, know him to be a large-hearted man of the world who dreams big, knows his way around, is clear-headed, with a keen eye for detail that helps him plan well, and has the patience that is required to bring these plans to life. Born in 1967, he grew up in Delhi and studied at Delhi Public School, R K Puram and did his B.Tech in Civil engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. Radhesh began his career with Ansal Properties in 1989 as a Project Engineer where he assisted the General Manager (Construction) in all Technical and Commercial activities. He worked on many iconic Delhi buildings including The Statesman House, Naurang House, Gauri Sadan, Dhawan Deep and the Chhattapur Temple. His next stint was with Achal Kataria Architects as the Engineer-in-charge for the Embassy of State of Qatar and the Ambassador's Residence. Radhesh worked with the Oberoi Group from 2000-05 at The Oberoi, New Delhi. He was involved in the Rehabilitation, Renovation and Maintenance of the 300-room Five-Star Hotel. With his vast experience in building construction and management, and with a deep knowledge of the civil, electrical and mechanical aspects of building eco-systems, Radhesh started his project management consultancy - Project Art - in 2005. Radhesh also has exposure to state-of-the-art expertise in Electrical Systems, HVAC, Sanitation, Plumbing, Rain Water Harvesting, Irrigation, Fire Detection & Fighting, Security & Access Control, Building Automation, Structured Cabling and Communication Networks. Radhesh is visting faculty of Hotel Engineering at Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development. He also plays the role of corporate mentor to post graduate students at New Delhi Institute of Management. Radhesh has a long-standing interest in theatre and sports.
