We will actively market the stock, check market pricing, and inform you of the value you can expect to recover from the excess inventory... We also provide turnkey kitting solutions to OEMs, particularly those who deal with many parts numbers and projects. The service includes analysis of the needs, the material planning and procurement process, constraints, and sourcing partners. We will then work out a proposal for kitting to address the issues or constraints faced by our customers.
