Stewart Farms, LC is a family owned and operated professional farm management company located in Wellington, Kansas. The Stewart Family began their farm management services in the early 1900's managing family owned property. In 1949 the management services were expanded and offered to both local and absentee landowners... Stewart Farms evaluates and analyzes property to determine the optimal land management practices including terraces, waterways, buffer strips, CRP and grazing. We also work with local agronomists, professionals and tenants to maintain and improve the fertility of your property... Stewart Farms works in partnership with current tenants or finds a new tenant to maximize your property's potential. We handle written lease negotiations and work with the tenant to design cropping plans & budgets.
