Hello! My name is Frank Wheeler and I currently own two off campus student apartments near Temple University. A few years ago, I chose to invest in an apartment building with 2 apartments - 1 5BR and 1 3BR apartment, so our two sons could live off campus, in a safe, clean, and convenient location. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the north end of campus, at 2245 North Camac Street, the apartment building is just a short 5 minute walk from the school.
