Becky Marshall

Becky Marshall (RCDP) is a freelance Careers Professional. Becky qualified with a Qualification in Careers Guidance in 2007 and since that time has worked in a number of career development settings including schools, colleges and higher education institutions across the East Midlands. In addition to working as a freelance Career Adviser, Becky is a trained assessor and works with students undertaking the Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development. Becky has a particular passion in working with students helping to develop their career interview skills and guidance toolkit. Becky is currently working towards accreditation as an ICF accredited Associated Certified Coach (ACC).

Claire Grimwood - Founder

Claire Grimwood, co-founder and director, has worked as an adult guidance practitioner since 1993 and assessor/trainer since 2001. Claire specialises in sourcing Career related and Labour market information for use in the Level 4 and 6 training courses and is an active member of the Humber LEP CEIAG working group. Recently Claire has written and delivered the new Level 6 Certificate in Careers Triage Interviewing to schools and colleges.

Elizabeth Frimpong

Elizabeth Frimpong is a registered professional with over 16 years working as a Level 7 QCG (PGDip) Careers Guidance Adviser and is also an accomplished Careers Leader and Consultant. Elizabeth recently trained as an Assessor with RGG Associates and she is very keen to support and encourage colleagues within the sector. In her role as Higher Education Careers Adviser at one of the largest further education colleges in London, she offers impartial careers guidance, as well as creating careers enrichment programmes to widen participation from underrepresented groups. Elizabeth's role as Careers Leader & Consultant in schools involve her working with the school stakeholders to ensure the Baker Clause is met in all areas of the Gatsby Benchmarks

Erica Rowell - Founder

Erica Rowell, co-founder and director, has extensive experience of career development work in schools with young people and with adults. She has worked as a manager, trainer and assessor for Careers and Connexions organisations. For RGG Associates Erica designs and develops bespoke training programmes for organisations undertaking the Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice and the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance & Development. She has written the course materials & currently delivers the CEC funded Level 6 Certificate in Careers Leadership throughout Yorkshire & Humber and the North East regions.

Helga Cline

Helga Cline, Associate Assessor, has experience of working within the recruitment and training sectors with a strong background in coaching and competency-based development. Since 2009 she has worked in the field of careers guidance with experience of both the adult support and education sectors and holds a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development. Her particular area of expertise is the use and understanding of market information and networks. Helga is supporting learners to complete their professional qualifications with RGG Associates.

Louise Harding

Louise Harding, Freelance Consultant, has extensive experience in the careers development sector as a careers adviser working with young people in schools, colleges and the community in London and West Yorkshire. In addition, she has worked as a manager, trainer, assessor and internal verifier for a number of careers and connexions organisations, including as an assessor for Quality in Careers Standard. Louise has worked with RGG Associates since 2006 and is an experienced trainer, assessor, and internal verifier. She is currently working with Erica to deliver the Level 6 Certificate in Careers Leadership

Sam Homewood

Sam Homewood (RCDP) has over 20 years experience within the Career development sector as a Practitioner, Assessor and Trainer. As an experienced trainer and assessor, Sam has created and delivered courses for careers related training and assessment (QCF L2 - L6). Supporting UK and international learners from a variety of providers including: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Prisons, National Careers Service, Freelance practitioners, Businesses, Voluntary and Community organisations. More recently focusing on the delivery and assessment of the CEC funded L6 Certificate in Careers Leadership for RGG Associates. As a QCG qualified guidance practitioner, Sam has provided Careers guidance services in schools and community settings across Nottinghamshire. Prior to working in this sector, Sam developed her business and commercial awareness working with Boots the Chemist PLC, in UK and international marketing/ brand development roles.

Susan Smith

Susan is a Level 6 qualified careers adviser and quality standards assessor, assessing both individuals and organisations. She has been a matrix Standard assessor for over 15 years. Susan is an experienced project manager with a particular interest in learning partnerships and youth development programmes. She has a Postgraduate qualification in Children's Services.

Wendy Kerley

Wendy Kerley, Freelance Careers Adviser, enjoys supporting young people in personal guidance appointments and has worked within connexions centres and in schools throughout Yorkshire for the past sixteen years. Wendy is a Registered member of the Career Development Institute and has qualified as an assessor with RGG Associates. She is particularly interested in helping others to develop effective guidance interview skills.
