Adrian Bunnis - Chairman

Adrian is Chairman of Greycoat having been head of the Central London development consultancy and development management arm of CBRE. Adrian was responsible for assembling and initiating a number of landmark development schemes including Angel Court (300,000 sq ft), the development of 1 Crown Place (400,000 sq ft), which is a market leading mixed use office, residential and hotel scheme, together with the development and lease up of 120 Fenchurch Street (420,000 sq ft). Adrian brings a wealth of experience from his in-depth market knowledge and his planning and development management expertise.

Andrew Gartshore

Andrew joined Greycoat in 2020 and has deep experience in both real estate and infrastructure investment and asset management, with a focus on acquisitions, financing, capital raise, complex special situations, and active asset management. Experience includes asset and corporate investments, non-performing loans, and various distressed situations, and he has invested in multiple jurisdictions as well as across real estate and infrastructure asset classes and capital tranches. Andrew was previously with Fletcher Construction (NZ), Bechtel Enterprises (the Investment and Development arm of Bechtel Corp.), Citigroup Private Equity (Real Estate) and Thames Private Investments (a large, Single European Family Office).

Chris Orr

Chris joined Greycoat in 2019, having previously worked at CIT Real Estate Partners where he was a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management responsible for both their UK and European portfolio's. Prior to that he gained extensive experience asset managing central London offices and mixed use London estates on behalf of institutional investors.

Dan Higginson

Dan joined Greycoat in 2013, and is involved in the development, leasing and asset management of a number of large central London assets. Prior to this he spent two years at Hammerson, dealing with various aspects of investment, development and asset management in the the London office portfolio. Before that Dan spent over 9 years at CBRE, working in the Office Agency and Development teams.

Erika Kuenstlinger

Erika joined Greycoat in 2007, following two years at Fletcher King. Erika is responsible for treasury and financial management of our property and development manager mandates.

Ewen MacPherson - CFO

Job Titles:

Qualification... Ewen joined Greycoat in 2015. Ewen was Director of Corporate Finance at Telereal Trillium between 2009 and September 2015. Prior to that, he spent 11 years working in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and J. Henry Schroder & Co. after qualifying as an accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Greg Hartman

Greg formed ProspectHill Group as a private real estate investment company in 2013. Since formation, ProspectHill has made investments in London (through Greycoat), San Francisco, Los Angeles and Honolulu. Prior to ProspectHill, from 2003 to 2013 Greg was a founding managing member of Rockpoint Group, a global real estate investment firm; and from 1995 to 2003 was a managing member of Westbrook Partners, Rockpoint's predecessor firm. Prior to Rockpoint and Westbrook, Greg held several positions in the real estate industry including spending seven years at Morgan Stanley Realty, ultimately overseeing the firm's western US activities. He received an AB from Dartmouth College in 1980 and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1984.

Henry Wyndham-Jones

Henry Joined Greycoat in 2022 and is a part of our Development Team with a core focus on the delivery and cost management of Capex Projects. Henry has a background in Construction and Cost Management having previously worked at Core 5, Grainger and G&T.

John-Henry Forde

Johnny joined Greycoat in 2015, having previously spent two years at DTZ in the central London Investment team. Prior to this he spent five years in Paris working for Catella Investment.

Jon Kenny

Jon joined Greycoat at the beginning of 2020 as Acquisitions Director. He has 25 years experience in Regeneration and Strategic Land Development having worked on multiple large scale Green and Brownfield projects across the UK. Before joining Greycoat, Jon spent 19 years as Development Director at CEG having established their development business in 2001. Greycoat's interest in Strategic Land is to invest in residential led projects in strong market areas which require substantial capital investment and offer attractive returns for bringing serviced, housebuilder ready land, to market.

Kasia Mitchell - CFO

Kasia joined Greycoat in 2023 as the Finance Director. She has over 20 years' international finance experience, gained in various industries working for both UK and international property firms. Experienced in managing, coaching and leading Finance, Admin and HR teams.

Kevin Payne - Managing Director

Kevin has over 20 years' experience in the Development Industry, joined Greycoat in 2019 and has been our Managing Director since 2021. Kevin's background is in Construction and Operations, where he has a history of building teams and successful delivery of large complex projects. Prior to joining Greycoat, Kevin held Director level roles on Senior Management Teams at Unibail Radamco Westfield (URW) and Mount Anvil, providing leadership across multiple mixed use projects incorporating Office, Residential, Retail and Leisure.

Naman Masoud - Chief Commercial Officer

Naman is a Commercial Director for Greycoat, after being the Commercial Director for Berkeley Group and overseeing £2bn for Central London Developments. He provides hands on expertise at every key stage, with over 30 years experience.

Nick Millican - CEO

Nick joined Greycoat in 2012, having previously spent six years at Rockpoint Group LLC, where he was responsible for the UK investment and asset management programme. As part of that role, he led investments across multiple asset classes and strategies on the direct asset side, investing through all parts of the capital structure. Prior to this Nick worked in the Investment Banking team at Citi.

Rebecca Meheux

Stephen Barry

Stephen joined Greycoat in 2021 having previously spent time as an Investment Banking Analyst at XMS Capital Partners in Chicago, and as a Structured Finance Analyst on the TMT team at Greensill Capital. Stephen holds a first-class honours degree in Management and Finance from the University of Manchester.

Victoria Green

Victoria joined Greycoat in 2019. She currently works as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & CFO, as well as assisting the Acquisitions and Finance teams. Prior to this Victoria has worked in customer services since 2011, and from 2017 worked as Head Receptionist and Administrator at David Lloyd Clubs.

Viktoria Oakley

Viktoria has 15 years' experience in strategic land, prior to joining Greycoat as Strategic Land Director in 2022, Viktoria worked for London Strategic Land and Lands Improvement Holdings delivering large scale complex planning permissions and major infrastructure for mixed use schemes across the country.

Yvan Atangana

Yvan Joined Greycoat's acquisitions team in August 2022 as an analyst. Prior to this he was a multi-subject secondary school teacher, and a member of the school's pastoral committee where he oversaw its inaugural partnership with the SMILE-ING Boys project. Yvan holds a bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester, and a Masters in International History from the London School of Economics.
