Cheryl Treleaven - Founder

Her experience spans a range of industries-from technology and financial services to retail, professional services and healthcare. Cheryl has served as an integral member of her clients' marketing teams, helping firms like Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Capital One, Allstate, Intel, and Barclaycard tap into their stakeholder communities and build sophisticated content strategies, operations and influencer marketing programs. Prior to joining the firm, Cheryl led corporate marketing for several technology firms.

Jennifer Voisard

Jennifer is a content expert, who leads engagements that focus on identifying the buying centers of B2B companies and creating the content strategy for each role in the group. Her forte is creating personas and mapping content journeys to discover how to hone the overall experience. Jennifer helps clients streamline processes to create efficiencies in the content operations. She has helped a diverse group of organizations including Cisco, 3M, VMware, Capital One, ARAG, Microsoft, Intel, Dell, BMO Harris, and many others. Jennifer is ISO-certified in total quality management, specializing in data analysis, process design and dashboard development.

Jim Treleaven

As the former CMO of a Fortune 500 company, Jim brings a unique perspective on the value of successful content and sales enablement strategies to client engagements. Jim advises leadership teams on growth and marketing strategies. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois, Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a frequent speaker on the value of customer experience. He is co-author of X-Formation, Transforming Business Through Interim Executive Leadership and currently serves on the Board of the Illinois Technology Association (ITA), the Chicago Engineers Foundation, the Advisory Boards of several graduate Business Schools and on the Boards of several private companies. Prior to becoming a consultant, Jim served as CEO of several public and private technology companies.

Kathy Baughman - Founder

Over the past 35 years, she has worked with both emerging brands and large enterprises in developing content and thought leadership strategies. Kathy has the ability to analyze a client's current approach and offer unique, fresh perspective that leads to innovation and growth. She has written several research reports, white papers and eBooks including Content Supply Chain, the CMO's Guide to Personalization, The Alchemy of Content and the Content Vortex. Kathy is on the board of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and serves on its Executive Committee.

Kevin P Nichols

Kevin is an award-winning thought leader, digital industry enthusiast and author with over twenty years of professional experience. He was a key contributor to creating MIT OpenCourseWare, grew one of the largest content strategy teams in the world at SapientNitro and has worked on content for dozens of global brands. He is author of Enterprise Content Strategy: A Project Guide and co-author of UX for Dummies. Kevin is also chair of Content Strategy Alliance Best Practices initiative.

Rebecca Schneider

Rebecca's over twenty-year career includes involvement in content strategy, library science and knowledge management. In 2010, she formed Azzard Consulting, a content strategy services and staffing firm, based on the conviction that there are good, better, and best ways to manage content. She continues and builds on that work with AvenueCX. Rebecca has guided content strategy in a variety of industries, including automotive, semiconductors, telecommunications, retail, financial services and international development. Rebecca obtained her Masters in Library Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
