Christoph Reitberger is Chief Financial Officer at cleversoft group. Christoph has more than a decade of experience working in the banking industry - most notably at Commerzbank, where he held various managerial roles, in both central corporate functions and front office. Christoph's wealth of experience leading regulatory, finance and credit portfolio risk management initiatives, nationally and internationally, combined with his in-depth knowledge of financial services markets, makes Christoph a strong part of the cleversoft leadership team.
Dominik del Bondio began his career at Rohde und Schwarz, before founding Bitextender GmbH . Through his work for leading German technology platforms mymuesli, Sevenload and global player WWE , he has become a well known expert for high-performance state of the art architectures for web services. Dominik is jointly responsible for developing various Open Source projects, including Agavi. As cleversoft's CTO, he is responsible for all of the group's technical developments.

As Managing Director of cleversoft's supervisory reporting division, Erwin van Dixhoorn leads our supervisory reporting business unit. He keeps a close tab on the needs in the market and available technology. Erwin started working with SecondFloor in the early days of the company and has built great knowledge of the organization, applications and IT. In Mid 2019, SecondFloor was acquired by the cleversoft group.

Florian Clever studied business administration and electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Before completing his studies, he founded Verinform Systems Inc. in the US and Dakoko Import & Export in Shanghai. In 1999, he setup Clever Software solutions, laying the foundations for today's cleversoft group, which he is leading as CEO ever since. Today he is responsible for business development and strategy

Ivan Stefanov is the Managing Director of our branch cleversoft Bulgaria EOOD, which he co-founded in December 2013. The native Bulgarian previously spent five years as a software engineer and a team lead at cleversoft GmbH in Munich. Since 2019 he has been leading the cleversoft group-spanning Program Management team. Ivan studied at Jacobs University in Bremen and holds a Master of Science degree from TU Munich.

As the newest member of the cleversoft management team, cleversoft Forensics Managing Director, Lisa van Bussel, is responsible for the financial crime prevention division. As a major in history from the University of Leiden, she started her career in financial forensic investigations. She has expanded her knowledge through various consulting roles in initiatives for the detection and prevention of financial crime within the largest Dutch financial institutions. She became Managing Director of BusinessForensics, now cleversoft Forensics, in 2021.

René Blaschke is Managing Director and co-founder, alongside Florian Clever, of cleversoft. During his studies, René founded a financial advisory firm for high-net-worth individuals. He was subsequently instrumental in building a closed-end fund (CEF) issuing house for a medium-sized financial services group. In 2011, he founded cleversoft CRM Services. Within the cleversoft group, he is responsible for the financial crime prevention division of the group, which has been in existence since 2011, from product development to marketing, sales, consulting and support. René brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and over 10 years in the development of regulatory software solutions.
