Paul instructs bespoke group training programmes in Leadership and Personal Effectiveness, as well as coaching individuals and teams. His highly interactive and engaging style of delivery draws on his wide experience in the business world. Paul's experience at the "sharp end" of business enables him to understand the issues facing business leaders, and gives him the assertiveness to get to the heart of the matter and help bring about the necessary action.
Paul is an inspiring and award winning coach, facilitator and consultant, who has a concurrent career as a professional writer for theatre. He has worked with over 100 of the world's leading companies, and is currently a faculty member on three separate Leadership programmes. Career highlights include developing a ground-breaking Leadership Engagement programme for BP, and a Careers Programme for Ernst & Young that won a national award for innovation.
Sally Bogle is a facilitator and coach, with a strong belief in the power of relationship and dialogue to create change. A mindfulness practitioner and former actor, Sally works with presence, creativity and spontaneity to help individuals, teams and organisations to find their own.
