MAYFIELD COMMUNITY TRAINING CENTRE

A CTC (Community Training Centre) provides training, education and employment related services for young people in a friendly and informal manner. The centre is based in Mayfield, we offer our service to anyone in Cork aged between 16-21. We aim to educate particularly early school leaver and the unwaged. Mayfield CTC provide fresh opportunities for young people to gain national certification (equivalent to the Leaving Certificate) in a 2 year timeframe. Learning is all at your own pace with the support of our friendly and dedicated team... Students have additional classes in Communications, Personal Effectiveness, Math's, I.T and Art. We also offer coding, Animation and Music classes as part of our S.P.H.E curriculum... MAYFIELD CTC IS CO-FUNDED BY THE IRISH GOVERNMENT, THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND AND THE YOUTH EMPLOYMENT INITIATIVE
