Mint is a collective team of marketing and design innovators with strong brand building experience. Before we opened our doors, the founders gained perspective by sitting in your chair and walking in your shoes as design clients of Fortune 100 companies for over a decade. We realized some things. Design has to be about business performance as well as cultural relevance... Mint was founded in 2006 by Dorothy Zalewski and Monica Tolczyk. We met at Unilever where we led creative development for major launches and restages for Axe, Rave, Suave, Dove, Degree, just to name a few... Mint is a team of marketing experts, design professionals, and brand thinkers. Our work defines us, and having walked in your shoes we have learned a great many things. Working on both the client and agency side has provided us with unique perspective. Getting to the heart of the matter faster without heavy process is what we do best. Being more efficient and therefore more effective is a priority.
