We aim to identify and acquire land suitable for commercial/leisure projects and town centre buildings for refurbishment. We will either agree to buy land or we are equally happy to joint venture with land or property owners... We always work with internationally recognised professional Companies and Firms to advise and assist us covering all aspects of the entire development process; legal, audit and accountancy, architectural, engineering, construction, leasing, tusheming, project management and sale.
