Mindy North received her New Jersey real estate salesperson's license in 1979. She continued her education by obtaining a New Jersey broker's license, a Florida broker's license, and a Maryland broker's license. She holds industry recognized designations such as ABR, CRB, and CRS which is a true accomplishment. These designations are not easily obtained, as they require a certain amount of continuing education, as well as a certain volume of business and management experience. She built a successful real estate company and a property management company, but when faced with her own need to transition a family member, she realized her passion for helping others while utilizing her real estate knowledge.
