SDF Contracting, LLC is managed by 3 rd generation General Contractor Shawn D. Fernald (CGC1506421) and Chad Pejack (CBC1255772). Combined they have over fifty-two years in the construction industry. Dating back to the early 1920's, the Fernald family has shared a proud tradition in the St. Petersburg construction industry. Building is in our blood.
