She has a Batchelor's degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Anthony (Tony) is responsible for financial reporting, supervision of accounting systems, and liaison with outside tax preparers.
He has 25 years of accounting experience, with extensive emphasis on real estate development and property management accounting. Tony has a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike brings 20 years industrial experience at GM (Internal Management Consultant) and Mobil Oil (Training Manager) He has 25+ years with JLS Consulting focusing on Process Analysis, Design and Implementation at many Fortune 500 companies. He has a BA degree from Ripon College in Ripon Wisconsin, the birthplace of the Republican Party.
Ray has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur in commercial real estate and has guided all investing, development, re-marketing, and financing for the Schupp Companies portfolio. He is a trained accountant and expert in real estate finance. Ray is an active member in the Urban Land Institute and received his MBA from George Washington University and holds a B.A. from Catholic University.
Mitch has 25 years of real estate development and investment experience in the DC region including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Mitch served in project management and executive level roles for The Facchina Group of Companies and Farr-Curtis & Associates. Mitch holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from Virginia Tech and a Master's in Urban Planning and Real Estate from The George Washington University.
Thomas manages all capital formation working with equity, mezzanine, and debt capital sources from acquisition through entitlement, construction and eventually stabilization.
Thomas has 20+ years experience consulting in finance and IT on matters of capital formation, investment strategy and valuation, and he manages portfolios for a group of private investors. Thomas has been an adjunct professor at GMU and holds an M.S. Finance from George Washington University and a B.S. in Physics from Auburn University.
