Ayush Rathore, is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with experience in mechanical systems (fire protection) design. Mr. Rathore has knowledge of fire protection system design and code review and experience in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and AutoSPRINK RVT.

Charles Joyce

Charles Joyce, P.E., is an industry leader in life safety and fire protection engineering design and consulting with over 20 years of experience. His core areas of expertise include fire alarm, smoke management, special hazard suppression, and in-building radio communication systems. Charles specializes in field investigations for evaluation of existing fire protection and life safety systems, designing new systems, and conducting integrated system testing for new and upgraded fire protection systems. His in-depth knowledge of NYC DOB and FDNY codes allows him to review complex project documentation to determine its conformity with applicable codes and industry standards.

Kevin Mariano

Kevin Mariano, CET has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University. Mr. Mariano has over eight years of fire alarm system design and testing experience for many occupancies including offices, hospitals, retail, and assembly. Both his experience as a fire alarm project manager for a fire alarm contracting company and his design experience with an engineering firm, provide him with a unique skill to perform the services requested.

Paul P. Gawrych

Paul P Gawrych, has a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection from the City University of New York (CUNY): John Jay College and a Master of Engineering in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Mr. Gawrych is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in fire protection engineering in multiple states. Mr. Gawrych has over 12 years of experience with a vast background in life safety, code consulting, performance-based design, and fire protection system design, including sprinkler, fire alarm and smoke control for atria, underground spaces, stairs, and elevators. With a thorough understanding of the codes, including NYC and the surrounding tri-state area, Paul has contributed to a number of complex projects with creative solutions. Over his professional career, he has been involved in projects on large high-rise buildings of differing occupancies, in addition to projects in other market segments such as the military, arenas/convention centers, government facilities, healthcare, educational, institutional, and hospitality.

Steven Venditti

Steven Venditti, P.E., has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland. Mr. Venditti is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in multiple states. He has over 18 years of experience in fire protection engineering, including sprinkler and fire alarm system design, performance-based design of smoke control systems utilizing computer fire modeling, as well as fire investigations, code consulting, and interpretation. He has applied these skills to various facilities, such as office buildings, hotels, assembly spaces, and mixed-use complexes. Mr. Venditti has extensive expertise and knowledge of various codes and design standards including NFPA, IBC, and local building codes.
