A co-founder and one-time Group Executive Director of GTI Group, a foremost Investment Banking firm in Nigeria, Afolake Lawal has over fifteen years' wealth of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Governance and Business Strategy. Mrs. Lawal graduated with second class honours from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge U.K., she also holds a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance and Finance from the Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool U.K. and a Master's degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos.
An Alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University with B.A. (Hons) in English, Afolake is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Directors, a fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, a Certified Pension Practitioner, and an associate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
She currently sits on the board of various public and private companies some of which include International Breweries Plc and Eterna Plc -both quoted on the daily official list of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. She is the Chairman of International Breweries Plc's Governance and Remuneration Committee.
A graduate of accounting and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Joseph Igbon began his career with Glover Bros (London) Limited from where he was recruited by PricewaterhouseCoopers. His high level of industry expertise and professionalism led to his eventual engagement by Bentworth Finance Limited as the Controller of Operations at the age of 28.
Within three years of his engagement, he was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director at the age of 31, which made him the youngest Executive Director in any publicly quoted company in Nigeria at that time.
Joseph is a recipient of the JF Clarke Prize for the Best Paper in English Law at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1969. Joe Igbon is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and acts as consultant to various financial services organizations.
A Sir Alexander Darnley Award nominee for his sterling performance at the Law School, Kehinde Aina, Partner with the law firm of Aina Blankson, LP redefined the practice of law in Nigeria when he founded the first court connected ADR Centre in Africa, the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. As one of Nigeria's most sought after corporate lawyers, Kehinde has been involved in a wide range of corporate finance, capital raising and mergers & acquisitions transactions for oil corporations, banks, industries and governments in Africa.
His experience spans cross-border transaction advisory and multi-party arbitration, and mediation in the context of major oil and gas projects, joint ventures, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, construction and workplace related disputes. A Consultant to the World Bank and the United Nations, he has advised clients on projects in the UK, West Africa, East Africa, South Africa, Asia and Middle East.
With a first degree in Political Science, followed by his bachelor's and master's degrees in Law focused on securitization and arbitration, the string of notable achievements of Kehinde Aina earned him the accolade "an invaluable asset to his clients and the country".

Keith Tenny is a global emerging markets credit risk expert with extensive experience leading commercial banks around the world especially in Nigeria and Greater China where he worked for top tier banks that are now part of JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America.
Keith was CEO for 13 years in China and Taiwan where he was charged with setting up Bank One's presence. He was later promoted to Beijing Branch/China as Country Manager. Keith was also engaged in three C-level positions with top tier banks in Nigeria for over 10 years, where he led efforts to effectively formulate strategies, manage credit exposures, drive new sales, develop high potential staff and maximize organizational performance.
As CEO-Americas for Riyad Bank (private sector Saudi bank), Keith restored customer confidence and U.S. bank regulator audit approvals for the only Saudi bank operating in the U.S. during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He built safe credit exposures in the oil and gas, construction, aerospace and defense industries with Fortune 100 U.S. corporate customers which resulted in record profitability each year for the four years he was CEO.
Keith Tenny is a graduate of International Relations from University of Redlands, USA. He also has an MBA in finance from Kellogg School, Northwestern University Evanston, IL and a Masters (MA, MALD) from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Medford, MA.
Abiola Macaulay is a talented and adept capital market operator with over 20 years cognate working experience in financial advisory, restructuring and capital market operations.
Over the years, she has led numerous projects which included - Access Bank/Intercontinental Bank acquisition and Merger; Refuge Home Savings & Loans - parallel conversion to a regional bank; Wema Bank takeover by new investors; First Inland Bank merger; Privatization of African Petroleum; Fund Raising for Crusader Insurance; and packaging of A-Z Mutual Fund, amongst other transactions.
She is a graduate of Accountancy from Bayero University Kano. She holds an MBA degree from University Ado-Ekiti and she is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria
Seun has a career that spans over sixteen years working on several transformation projects and advisory mandates in several sectors including banking, pensions, electronic payments & mobile money, information & communications technology, and business consulting.
He started his career with the Risk Consulting Unit of Arthur Andersen (now KPMG Professional Services) after which he joined the Financial Services practice of Accenture where he was senior consultant on the Central Bank of Nigeria's transformation program among other major projects in the financial services industry. He has also been a senior project manager with Stanbic IBTC Bank, senior project manager responsible for design and launch of an electronic card scheme, project manager in the consortium that won the PPP-led bid for the Nigeria Identity Management Scheme, and project director responsible for design of a national consumer credit scheme. He has provided financial and transaction advisory services on several debt and equity raising initiatives.
He is a graduate of Computer Science & Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, Nigeria. He is also a member of the prestigious CFA Institute and has earned the globally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter.
