Westallion Brewing Company is a brewery based in West Allis, WI... IN 2017, WESTALLION BREWING COMPANY aims to lean on this history of hard work to introduce an entirely new industry to its city. Not only do we claim the title as our city's first brewery, but we come onto the scene as a member of the area's most impressive foodie group, Eat West Allis (www.eatwestallis.com) and by connecting ourselves with our beer brothers and sisters through the Milwaukee Craft Brewery League. Headed by Erik and Kimberly Dorfner, years of brewing passion and historic venue management are combined to offer beers that rely on quality and authenticity.
