Durward has over forty years of experience in the construction industry. He has been actively involved in senior level project management and consulting services for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Southeastern United States and is an expert at providing advisory services of facilities development and construction projects. Durward brings a multitude of knowledge and acumen to the firm regarding construction operations, contracts, scheduling, budgeting and client relations. His strategic management skills and hands-on reputation benefit his clients by minimizing their risk on difficult projects. One of his more notable projects includes the Miami Access Tunnel construction which was valued at one billion dollars. Durward received his bachelor's degree from Emory University and holds a Certified General Contractor license, a Certified Building Contractor license and a Certified Roofing Contractor license all with the state of Florida. Previously, Durward served as Chairman of the Construction Industry Licensing Board for the State of Florida and is currently a member of the Lee County Construction Licensing Board, the Lee County Board of Adjustment and Appeals as well as the Lee County Plumbing Licensing Board.

The firm was founded by Howard Wheeler, II in 1989 who, prior, spent time working for his father and grandfather learning the ins and outs of the construction industry. The Wheeler family is no stranger to construction and has deep roots in Fort Myers and storied construction experience, dating back to the early 1920's.

Molly has over twenty-four years of experience working in corporate marketing, communications, public relations, branding and business development. As Strategic Development Director, Molly is responsible for new client development, overseeing pre-construction efforts, developing and managing the implementation of the overall corporate marketing strategy and plan, managing all business development opportunities in Southwest Florida and surrounding counties as well as overseeing the implementation of corporate objectives and future growth strategy. She also serves as the Internal Public Information Officer (PIO) for the firm on select private projects. Molly is a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She serves on the Horizon Council as the Associated Builders and Contractors representative, serves on the Board of Directors for the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Construction Industry Advisory Board for the Stock Development School of Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Gulf Coast Chapter Advisory Council for Southwest Florida, and a member of the Department of Management Advisory Council at Florida Gulf Coast University, is past Chairman of the Construction Advisory Committee for the Lee County School District and a previous member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services. She is also a long-time member of the Advisory Board for the Pi Mu Chapter of Chi Omega at Florida Gulf Coast University. Molly resides in Fort Myers, Florida with her husband Chris and sons Gavin and Garrett.

Steve has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, more specifically in public/private infrastructure, project management and land planning. Throughout his career, he has also provided permitting services through the governmental agencies, including final close-out and certifications. Steve has been in the Marathon area for over 10 years. Steve's existing presence in the Florida Keys market, experience in the industry, and education will serve us well as he promotes the firm's brand in a business development capacity. His responsibilities at Chris-Tel Construction include client relations, project coordination, and management of the day-to-day business operations at the Marathon office. Steve is active in the community as well. Recently, he was Chairperson for the Greater Marathon Chamber of Commerce and is an active volunteer at many local functions.
