As a business broker I have facilitated major transactions in the Manufacturing Industry such as Aerospace, Automotive, Plastics, Food Processing, Machinery including Elevator manufacturing, and energy. I have over 20 years of professional experience in Mergers and Acquisitions all over the world with dealings in Canada, United States, South Korea, Mexico, Israel, England and Switzerland. From 1995 to 2000, as Director of Business Development of a Korean conglomerate, I initiated new projects through Technology Transfers, Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures. With experience in the field of M&A I continue to apply these skills with a focus on the Manufacturing Industry.
