Dan's experience includes buying and selling single rental investment properties to multi million dollar blocks of properties, HUD homes, foreclosures, rehabs, apartment buildings and owner occupied homes. He knows what needs to be done and does it. On top of that, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Prior to his current role, Fred served as a residential property adjuster, gaining extensive knowledge about how homes are built and the various types of damage a home can sustain. This has proven beneficial to many of his clients in both the home buying and selling process. Fred's passion for helping people with the greatest investment they will ever make makes clients feel confident and comfortable in every step of the transaction process.
