Adetokunbo Ayo-Ogunsanya

Tokunbo is the Group Head, Human Resource & Administration at Inlaks. Prior to her joining Inlaks she was the Human Resource Manager at Phillips Consulting. Tokunbo, a seasoned Human Resource expert has about 15 years cumulative experience. Her professional experience spans the private sector in the following areas: Human Resource, Customer Service, and Facilities Management. She worked as the Human Resource Manager at Systemspecs for about 2 years before joining Phillips Consulting Limited. She has also worked at Airtel Nigeria and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). Her competencies are in Talent Management, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Policy Development and Employee Relations. Tokunbo has a passion for HR Transformation. Tokunbo has a BSc in Physiology from the University of Ibadan. She also has a professional Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MILR) from the University of Lagos. Tokunbo is a certified Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP now PHRi) of the Human Resource Certification Institute,(HRCI) USA and is also a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resources, USA. She is an Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (chartered) (NIM) and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). His career spans over 27 years of multi-geographical experience having worked in the UK, Asia and Africa within the technology, manufacturing & trading sectors. As an established commercial & finance leader, Ashwin has extensive and rich global experience including shareholder value creation, corporate governance, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, financial operations, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting. He is an associate of CIMA - UK & ICMAI - India with a first-class degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. He is also an alumnus of Wharton Business School (AMP) in Philadelphia, USA.

Azad Shivdasani

Azad Shivdasani, is Chairman of the Inlaks Group, a multinational organization employing 4,000 people in a range of enterprises. The Inlaks group's interests include the provision of IT services, the manufacture of aluminium rolled products, tea plantations, textiles, oilfield equipment leasing and engineering services. He has been trustee of the Inlaks Foundation for twenty-five years which gives scholarships to gifted students from India to continue their higher education at universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and MIT. From 1985-1995, he was a director of the Internal Institute for Environment and Development and its treasurer from 1988-1993.

Chukwuma Henry Okolo

He was a Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and served in their Toronto, Canada and Lagos, Nigeria offices.

Edna Kimurwa

Edna Kimurwa is the Country Manager, Kenya. She is responsible for both the Infrastructure and Enterprise Business in the East Africa Region. She has over 15 years' experience working across Africa in the Telecommunications and Technology sectors in several capacities. She has extensive experience and has achieved great success in opening up new markets on the continent. Before Joining Inlaks, Edna was a director MEASAT Satellite Systems, a Malaysian global Satellite operator and at Cortell East Africa, a Technology Company. Prior to this, She worked at Telkom Kenya as a Business Development Manager and at Oracle handling technology solutions in Uganda. Edna is a Telecommunications Engineer and a Chartered Marketer (CIM-UK). She has a Bachelors in Information Systems and Technology from the United States International University, Africa. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Edinburgh Business School, Scotland.

Femi Muraino

Femi Muraino is currently the Executive Director (Business Innovation and Transformation Unit) of Inlaks Limited; with the focus of opening up new markets and also the introduction of innovative information technology products into the Sub-Saharan African markets. He is responsible for the Financial Business Division and Regional Offices of Inlaks. He is a highly driven, performance-focused executive with strong experience in building and attracting the industry's brightest talent with the ability to exceed quotas with a motivated Team. He is a versatile executive strategist for core market drivers, product planning, negotiation and sales support/delivery. Also, he possesses a deep experience on how to deliver on set targets in very harsh environments. Mr. Muraino holds an honorary degree (1990) in Computer Science and Masters in Business Administration (1998) from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria and Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos respectively. He has Over 25 Years of IT & Management experience out of which, 20 years in Banking Solutions and ERP Sales, deployment and Support Services in various Sites across Africa. He is a Member of Institute of Directors (IoD) for Nigeria and Ghana respectively. He began his career in the IT industry in 1990 and has held various positions in Manufacturing, food processing and IT Consulting Firms in the last two and half decades. Mr. Muraino has attended several courses and conferences covering leadership, management, functional and other specific areas held locally and abroad.

Kyari is the Chief Executive Officer of Inlaks Limited, foremost systems integrator specialized in the deployment of dynamic and highly scalable ICT Infrastructure solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. He oversees Inlaks' operations spanning Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, and other African countries managing the deployment of highly scalable Infrastructure and Fintech Banking solutions catering to the dynamic needs of the financial, industrial, distribution, Telecommunications and Oil/Gas sectors in partnership with world leading OEMs as well as other substantive efforts across Africa. Prior to joining Inlaks, Mr. Bukar was the Partner/Co-Founder of Trans-Sahara Investment Corp, a Private Equity firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, MD/CEO of Central Securities Clearing System Plc and ValuCard Nigeria (Unified Payments Ltd) where he negotiated the entry of Visa International into Nigeria by taking-up equity position in the company and drove electronic payments development and introduction of Visa cards into the Nigerian banking landscape. Mr. Bukar also served as the Executive Director, E-Banking, Information Technology & Operations at FSB International Bank Plc (now Fidelity bank Plc), a role he took following his arrival in Nigeria after a 17-year stint in the United States of America (USA). He began his career in 1988 as a Process Engineer at Hewlett Packard (HP) - rising through the ranks and gaining experience in Manufacturing, Technical Marketing, Project, and Program Management working on HP's Inkjet Technology, Notebook PC's, Palmtops, and Calculators. He was also a leading member of the management staff in the implementation of six sigma methodology for the IT unit's continuous process improvement strategy. Kyari holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, a master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University and attended an MBA program from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon, United States of America. He holds certificates from the Visa Business School at Cambridge University, Wharton Business School, and Harvard Business School respectively.
