Harvey's son, Leo, became an operator after school and during summers, and eventually became president. Leo purchased the company, and it became incorporated as Livengood Excavators, Inc (LEI) in 1970... Leo's son, Tim, also had an early start working as a truck driver, paver and equipment operator, and estimator. Under Tim's leadership, LEI became the first to utilize AGTEK automated takeoff technology in the Lehigh Valley. He established repeat clients in commercial, industrial and residential site development. Leo, with over 55 years of experience, and Tim, with over 38 years of experience in the excavating industry, oversee operations and provide on-site project management to expedite job progress and ensure responsive, quality work...
