Bob Alboher

: Bob began his career on Wall Street with U.S. Trust Company and has over 39 years of investment experience. Having lived and worked in Singapore for 16 years, he also has significant emerging market and developing economies experience. Bob served as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director of a Dutch investment bank. He survived the Asian currency crisis of 1997 and is well-versed in the risks and opportunities of doing business in developing economies.

Carlos Canales

A former Medical Director at a hospital in Mexico where he implemented various technology solutions, Carlos intimately understands the needs of the Latin American healthcare market. He leads our efforts in marketing, sales and implementations throughout Latin America.

Cathie Kosel

: Cathie has over 30 years of business experience in a variety of sectors including city and county government, as a mayor and chair of several commissions; secondary and higher education, as an administrator and lecturer; and owning her own business, voted the Women's Council of Realtors entrepreneur of the year for 2011. She is a founding member of Alta Bates Hospice, with over 1,000 volunteers, and has served her community in many volunteer roles. Cathie received her AB degree from UC Berkeley and her Master of Science from California State University.

Dan Smith - CEO, Chairman, President

: Dan was the founder and chief architect of The Master Builder, a construction management software system, building the company from the ground up into a successful and lucrative business that was sold to Intuit in 2001. He also has a deep-rooted understanding of the complexities of hospital management based on his experience as the Chairman of the Board for Sonoma West Medical Center. This combination of start-up, programming, and hospital management expertise, along with his desire to make a difference, motivated him to invest in and lead MedWave. In addition to his management responsibilities, Dan also serves as one of the chief developers of HarmoniMD™. Dan has both software and hospital management expertise. He built The Master Builder construction management software in collaboration with Rob Miller (MedWave Software Solutions QA Manager) and Debbie Espinosa (MedWave Software Solutions COO), which was sold to Intuit in 2001. Dan developed The Master Builder nationwide VAR sales channel, technical service team, and product development team. He also served as Chairman of the Board for Sonoma West Medical Center.

Debbie Espinosa - COO

As Chief Operating Officer at The Master Builder, Debbie was responsible for compliance, operations, customer service, VAR and Advisor groups, investor relations, human resources, and managed a Direct Public offering. She was a Sr. Manager of Operations at Intuit following the company's sale. At MedWave Software Solutions, she managed a Private Placement and is responsible for investor relations, compliance, operations and human resources.

Doug Michael

: Doug has over 40 years of senior management experience and has held offices as CEO, President, and Vice President in technology companies. He holds an MBA in marketing and interpersonal communications, an undergraduate degree in Pre-Law, as well as special designated credentials to teach in California Community Colleges. Doug has specific skills in both entrepreneurial and large business development and management including working for the General Electric Company.

Dr. Jim Gude

: Jim is the Medical Director and Founder of OffSiteCare. He is an intensivist who is board-certified in pulmonary, critical care, and internal medicine. Jim is deeply committed to medical education and has launched a ground-breaking program that uses the telemedicine network to enable physicians and nurses to fulfill their continuing education requirements online. Dr. Gude is an intensivist, board-certified in pulmonary, critical care and internal medicine, and a Clinical Professor at University of California, San Francisco. He is the founder and Medical Director of OffSite Care, Inc. a telemedicine company.

Glenn Minervini-Zick - CFO

: Glenn is a CPA with a Master's degree in Healthcare Services Administration. He began his career with Deloitte, served as the CFO for the Master Builder, and served as CFO for a large medical group during a period of extensive M&A activities. Glenn is a CPA and has spent thirty-five years in finance and business development leadership roles for healthcare and software companies. He has served as CFO for a large medical group, a small hospital, a telemedicine company and a construction accounting software company. He began his career with Deloitte and received his BS in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and his MS in Health Services Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.

Jim Beyers

: Jim has practiced law in Sonoma County since 1972. He is founder of Beyers Costin Simon, Northern California's leading real estate and commercial law firm. He specializes in real estate transactions, finance, land use, development, and construction law. He has represented many commercial and residential real estate developers in Northern California, developing successful relationships with several that have spanned two to three decades.

Matt Freeman

: An entrepreneur his entire life, Matt has over 20 years of litigation experience in California and is the managing partner of a state-wide law practice with an emphasis on fighting Nursing Home abuse on behalf of the most vulnerable in our society. He also operates the Lucky Lemon Farm near Occidental, CA with his wife. Prior to becoming an attorney, Matt was the managing partner of a London-based advertising company.

Nick Smith - CTO, Founder

: Nick has over 20 years of experience as a technology executive managing software development and cloud infrastructure across multiple industries including healthcare, media and publishing, consumer packaged goods, insurance, and shipping. Prior to his career in the technology field, Nick served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. is the inspiration behind HarmoniMD and served as the lead developer in its earliest stages. Nick is not related to Dan Smith. Nick brings a wealth of experience in mission-critical enterprise systems and is an expert in data communication protocols including HL7, the international standard for health IT transfer.

Paul Gee

: Paul is an experienced software developer and project manager with over 30 years of experience in the computer technology industry. He has worked on a diverse range of projects-from control systems for nuclear-particle accelerators for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, to microcomputer operating systems for NorthStar Computers. After retiring from the computer industry, he founded Acorn Tutoring, which supported thousands of students in learning foundational and advanced mathematics. His involvement in multiple startup companies has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the key elements that contribute to a company's success, from its early stages of growth to maturity.
