Justin Frost brings over 20 years of Audio Industry experience Justin began his audio industry career back in the 1980s with Keith Monks Audio, a manufacturer of studio microphone stands, cable drums and active monitoring loudspeakers for the recording and broadcast industry. Here he 'learnt the ropes' and enjoyed the privilege of visiting many of London's leading recording studio and broadcast operations. After seven fruitful years, he joined world leading microphone manufacturer AKG Acoustics as Area Sales Manager and during the following thirteen years developed his role to include marketing, public relations and endorsement programs. Along the way, he was able to develop an empathy with audio professionals working in a variety of market segments including musical instrument sales, live sound, studio, broadcast and installation. A move to the Japanese microphone manufacturer Audio-Technica, at the time of the Millennium, provided the opportunity to get behind a younger brand and take on a new challenge. Over the next fourteen years he was able to work with key clients and see significant growth with increased share in all market areas. In setting up The Sound Portfolio, Justin's aim is to to place the right brand with the right dealer, and wherever possible allow the marriage of leading edge acoustic treatments to state of the art audio electronics, all working together in achieving the best possible sound for the end user client.
