THE RETAIL COMPANIES - Key Persons

Bill Clements

Job Titles:
  • CCIM Partner
Bill represents clients in three capacities; project leasing (landlord/tenant representation); development/re-development; and investment sales. Through various subsets to those disciplines, he negotiates leases and purchase contracts, assesses property, brokers real estate disposition, and analyzes market demographics and trade areas. Bill earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute in 2008 and currently serves as the president of the Alabama Chapter Board. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Birmingham Association of Realtors. Bill was born and raised in Montgomery where his father's history as a stockbroker continues to fuel his interest in the economy as a whole. The financial news airs in the office conference room daily keeping all who pass by in-the-know. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a general business degree. Before his career in commercial real estate, Bill served as an officer in the United States Air Force with a focus on cost, schedule, performance, and testing of weapon systems. Bill continues to coach youth basketball and Lacrosse. His time on the parquet did not translate to a winning record this season. While having no recorded account on the Lacrosse field, he has logged several hours on YouTube and can conduct a practice like none other. The results of such knowledge will be battle-tested in the spring. Exercising is a daily necessity to keep the stress level controllable. He has joined an F3 group of whippersnappers to teach them a thing or two. He maintains they must all be D1 material as he is consistently in the back of the pack. The every-other-year ski trip was a success and yielded no notable injuries and included a surprise flyfishing trip on Dec 31. Bill dislikes politics but follows what he can out of necessity. Fake news and general clowning around on public broadcast does not amuse him in any way. He claims to have a sense of humor and constantly pursues the punchline. When hustling from one meeting to the next, he doesn't understand how there is always a young person in a t-shirt driving a new model tricked out truck pulling a new six digit boat. Brooks Corr

Job Titles:
  • CCIM Partner
  • Member of Redeemer Community Church
Brooks maintains a focused approach within real estate development/redevelopment, investment sales, and project leasing (inclusive of landlord and tenant representation). While he finds all aspects of the industry captivating, he has a particular passion for serving as an advisor to family estates, trusts, and family offices, guiding them through the strategic processes of acquiring, operating, and divesting real estate assets across the United States. Brooks has been involved in the sourcing and acquisition of hundreds of retail properties, and he prides himself on getting involved as early in the process as possible. With a high level of attention and service, he advises clients through the transaction process from initial underwriting and creation of pricing strategy, all the way through to closing and lease-up or stabilization. Brooks' focus on working directly with tenants and leasing agents in the redevelopment and stabilization of assets has a proven track record of driving results and improving the NOI within a portfolio. He is dedicated to achieving success for his clients by maintaining a hands-on approach throughout the entire transaction process. Additionally, Brooks has developed ground-up properties and possesses a remarkable affinity for navigating the mountain of detail inherent in a development project. Brooks earned his CCIM designation in 2011 and currently serves as Past President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter and sits on the chapter's Executive Committee. Brooks was awarded the recognition of the Birmingham Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 in 2023. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Birmingham Association of Realtors. Brooks is an active member of Redeemer Community Church where he serves as an elder, and he and his family sign up to the philosophy "live life full throttle while serving others;" and they're all in.
