Darren has over 20 years' experience in the IT Sector, starting life as a Helpdesk Support Engineer. Today, Darren heads up the Microsoft Technical Support Centre at Softwerx, providing leadership and technical input to a dedicated support team.

David holds a number of Microsoft accreditations, as well as an ONC in Telecommunications and an MBA from Durham University.
