Jamie Irish has always been a motivated individual, and loved keeping active and working with his hands since he was a kid helping his dad in his construction firm in New England. He has driven trucks cross-country and locally, and moved up to become a certified CDL instructor. He's worked on lobster boats, got his degree in law enforcement, but really had the desire to start his own business where he could control the quality and service he looks for when working with people. Jamie noticed people were always complaining to him that they couldn't find dependable contractors, or that they had hired someone and received inferior work. Leaking roofs, collapsing decks, horrible landscaping - he knew he had the building skills and expertise to deliver a better option and fill a void in the marketplace. He started 4Leaf Construction, not only to fill that void, but to create a company that people want to work for, and have an opportunity to build a career in the trades. 4Leaf offers year-round employment, a benefits package, and training to help people succeed.
