Dr. Sezai Kaya is CEO of Alexion Management Partners. He is a member of the firm's leadership team and splits his time between Head Office in Berlin, offices in Turkey, United States of America and clients around the World. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Dr. Kaya has worked with high-growth, financially healthy companies, as well as he served companies to resolve their financial and legal problems, which have ranged SME in size to large multinational corporations. Before joining Alexion Partners he had his own manufacturing firm from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he was CEO of a crucial operational subsidiary of Hugo Boss for 15 years, a global German firm with offices, manufacturing facilities, and stores in more than 50 countries generating an annual turnover of nearly 3 Billion Euro. He holds masters and doctoral degrees from Boston University, USA. Dr. Kaya's expertise covers corporate strategy, greenfield investments, operations, restructuring and turnaround, merger and acquisition, human capital, leadership, education, and retail. He is acting as Chief Advisor beside his role of Chief Executive Officer.
