Lawyers were able to save him from abuse and, since then, April has been dedicated to the law, obtaining her paralegal degree. As our Client Relations Manager at RJB Law Offices, April is sensitive to the wants and needs of our clients, regardless of challenges they are going through when they come to our Cerritos bankruptcy lawyer. April's organization, preparation, and management skills provide invaluable help to the firm's attorneys and staff. April enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities in her free time. She loves auto racing, camping, and motocross. She also remains committed to helping the developmentally disabled within the local community. An ambitious and conscientious young woman, April, is an advocate for those experiencing hardships. Her life-long passionate affair with the law began when a disabled friend was abused physically by the caretakers that were entrusted with his well-being. Under the guidance of many attorneys, her friend was removed from the abusive care he was under. Because of this experience, she decided to expand her education by obtaining a degree in paralegal studies. As the RJB Law Offices' client relations manager, she is sensitive to the needs any client has regardless of the challenging time they are going through. April's preparation and case management provides invaluable assistance to the attorneys and staff. During her spare time, April enjoys family time and outdoor activities such as: auto racing, motocross and camping. Dustin Bulaon

Attorney Dustin Bulaon graduated in 2016 with his Juris Doctorate after attending law school at night and working full time during the day. He had worked for RJB Law Offices for eight years, assisting in preparing and managing thousands of bankruptcy cases. Dustin strongly believes in bringing an optimistic outlook to every case, regardless of the circumstances that brought the client to our firm. He wants to make a difference in the lives of his clients and enjoys giving back to the community. Dustin volunteers for Neighborhood Legal Service (NLS) in Glendale. He enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, and watching live music in his free time.

Jessica Bulaon

Jessica Bulaon graduated in 2016 from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is a passionate supporter of social justice issues and truly enjoys being active in supporting local communities. In her job at RJB Law Offices, she provides an analytical and disciplined approach to her work and has a client-focused approach in everything she does. Jessica is currently preparing for law school and she hopes to become a lawyer and carry on the firm's legacy of changing peoples' lives. Graduating from UCLA in June 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Sociology, Jessica is an impassioned supporter for social justice and loves being involved in her local community. She is disciplined, analytical and has excellent personal skills. Currently, she is preparing herself for the rigors of law school in the hopes of becoming an attorney who can change other peoples' lives.

Ray Bulaon

Attorney Ray Bulaon emigrated to the U.S. from the Philippines when he was 16. As a young law student, Ray and his wife struggled financially to make ends meet, especially with a small but growing family. They found themselves overwhelmed with job losses and always-growing, never-ending bills. Thus, Ray knows firsthand what debt feels like, especially when it feel like no one is on your side to protect and fight for your family's financial future. Ray completed his legal studies and received his Juris Doctorate before passing the California State Bar exam in 1997. He then worked for seven years, first as a paralegal, then as a lawyer, at one of the state's largest bankruptcy firms. He took the knowledge and experience gained while working there for his own law practice, which he opened in 2001. Ray is dedicated to helping families and individuals get through tough times. He understands that financial hardship can happen to anyone and that a proactive solution can solve issues long into the future. Rather than wait for things to fix themselves, it is important to get an attorney on your side who knows what you are going through firsthand. Ray will work with you to help you understand your legal options. Since becoming a lawyer, Ray has successfully represented more than 4,000 individuals and small business owners in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Sarah Bulaon is both fierce and compassionate in her work with RJB Law Offices. She truly understands how to support or bankruptcy clients, providing them with a positive environment. She facilitates open communication between staff, attorneys, and clients and ensures the team is always well-balanced to better assist our clients. She takes great pride in creating long-lasting relationships while always upholding the firm's mission statement of putting clients and their needs first. In her free time, Sarah volunteers at her church, travels with her family, and participates in outdoor activities. A Fierce and compassionate woman, Sarah, has a clear vision what client support is. Understanding the necessity of establishing a positive work environment with open communication between all staff members ensures a well balanced team at all times in assisting clients with their needs. Sarah takes pride in long lasting relationships with clients and believes that continued staff training and upholding our firm's mission statement are necessary in keeping our relationships. She loves to spend her spare time volunteering at her local church, traveling with the family and doing outdoor activities.
