Mr. Brophy practices before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and represents clients at all stages of the legal process from pre-suit or pre-charging through appeal.

Prior to becoming a lawyer Mr. Brophy was a high school teacher and coach. After law school he served as a prosecutor, rising from intern to Dane County District Attorney. He practiced with the firm of Sipsma, Hahn & Brophy LLC for 15 years before joining Sweet DeMarb LLC and then forming DeMarb Brophy LLC.
