Chris Pausch

Chris Pausch - Vice President of Technology, is responsible for all KnowledgeBase projects and specifically involving ProjectWise deployment and implementation. Mr. Pausch's previous responsibilities included Project Collaboration throughout both the Jacobs Facilities and Jacobs Civil lines of business which includes over 20 offices with ProjectWise Connection/File Transfer servers and over 1200 user accounts. Mr. Pausch also played a key role in the Jacobs Common Platform which is an initiative to better enable work share between Jacobs engineering offices by standardizing CAD software installations and procedures. Mr. Pausch has been certifying and deploying the ProjectWise Electronic Content Management System for over 10 year as a direct employee for Bentley Systems, Inc, Jacobs Engineering and more recently KnowledgeBase Consulting Group. Mr. Pausch was directly responsible for developing and deploying ProjectWise to the Army Corp. of Engineers Savannah District and more recently for being responsible for the Enterprise deployment of ProjectWise for all 20 Jacobs Engineering offices for both the civil and facilities groups. Mr. Pausch is currently working to develop and deploy the ProjectWise ECMS within the Arizona Public Service utility company, CDOT statewide deployment, and statewide customized ProjectWise training for the Utah DOT. Mr. Pausch's 20 + years in the CADD industry in roles serving support, certification, deployment management, and project management, have enabled him to educate and publicly speak as an expert in Content Management.

Kevin B. Fern - President

Mr. Fern is the President and founding member of KnowledgeBase Consulting Group. He is responsible for business operations, client development, contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and the overall success of project deliverables. Mr. Fern has maintained his focus on MicroStation workspaces and configurations being able to provide key enhancements to CAD systems throughout multimillion dollar onsite projects. Working directly with project members has proven beneficial with being able to continually provide a high level of MicroStation knowledge to his clients. Mr. Fern is continually working with multiple Department of Transportations in assisting with enterprise solutions to improve their CAD business processes. Mr. Fern's focus of providing and delivering projects with a personal commitment is the root of our company's motto. Kevin B. Fern - President, has over 10 years of project management experience as well as 20 years of MicroStation experience. Kevin has worked with various DOT's including, NMDOT, MCDOT, ADOT, ODOT (Oklahoma), KDOT, and CDOT. Additonally all as project manager and or Senior Software Engineer. Mr. Fern's technical specialty is in workspace development and customization of the MicroStation environment for medium to large companies and DOT's. Mr. Fern's experience in working with small and large engineering firms gives our company the ability to provide solution's for any size installation.

Kevin Livelsberger

Kevin Livelsberger - Senior Project Manager, is responsible for managing the scope and resources for all Knowledgebase projects to ensure that quality deliverables are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Mr. Livelsberger is also a skilled ProjectWise administrator. In his previous role with Bentley Systems he spent 6 years as the corporate ProjectWise Administrator handling over 1,500 user accounts delivering internal training, support and system-wide upgrades. He also served as a project manager managing several key software development projects and also several key internal process projects.

Wayne R. Butch
