Aubrey Montgomery

Aubrey Montgomery founded Rittenhouse Political Partners, a Pennsylvania-based fundraising firm, in 2013 after more than a decade spent raising millions of dollars in more than a dozen states. Aubrey is regarded as one of top fundraising professionals in the country, not only for her ability to create and execute finance plans, but also for her ability to coach candidates and manage finance staff. Her skill at developing candidates and staff was recognized when she was named one of just few fundraisers on the Democracy for America national training faculty. She has conducted regular trainings for organizations including the Center for Progressive Leadership, Chatham University Center for Women in Politics, the New Leaders Council and various Democratic and non-profit organizations. In the 2012 election cycle, Aubrey served as Finance Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, overseeing a nearly $20 million budget and playing a key role in the historic Democratic sweep of all five state-wide elections including the re-elections of President Barack Obama and Senator Bob Casey, and Pennsylvania's first Democratic and first female Attorney General. Since her work with then-Senator Hillary Clinton while still a student at New York University, Aubrey has worked on and supported campaigns across the country. Besides her home state of Pennsylvania, she has proudly lived and worked in every "New" state (New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico and New York). Because of her expertise in both candidate and nonprofit fundraising, Aubrey was named to PoliticsPA's "30 Under 30" list in back-to-back cycles, and as one of the states "Top Operatives" in 2014. In December 2015, Aubrey was named to Billy Penn's "Who's Next: Politics" list as one of Philadelphia region's top politicos. And most recently, in recognition of her successful work at Rittenhouse Political Partners, Aubrey was named as a 2016 "40 under 40" honoree from the American Association of Political Consultants. In addition to her candidate work, Aubrey has worked on several issue advocacy campaigns, and spent three years as NARAL Pro-Choice America's youngest state executive director, leading the Pennsylvania affiliate from 2006-2009. Her commitment to working with and electing women at every level of government continues today; Aubrey's clients include a number female office holders as well as Political Action Committees that focus on increasing the number of women in elected office. Aubrey's previous campaigns include Bryan Lentz's top-targeted congressional run in 2010, the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee in 2014, and Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams in 2009. Immediately prior to founding Rittenhouse Political Partners, Aubrey, served as Finance Director for Allyson Schwartz's campaign for Pennsylvania Governor. Aubrey currently lives in her home town of Philadelphia, and is embarking on a "67 County Pancake Tour" of Pennsylvania. Her current favorite is the Lincoln Diner in Gettysburg, Adams County.

DORNELL BURRELL

Dornell joined Rittenhouse Political Partners in the fall of 2017 as a fellow and is excited to be on board full-time as a project manager with our team. In 2016, Dornell began his political career as a finance intern for the campaign of Steve Santarsiero in Pennsylvania's 8 th Congressional district, one of the most competitive Congressional campaigns in the country in the 2016 cycle. After his time on the Santarsiero campaign, Dornell went on to work as a finance intern for Governor Tom Wolf's re-election campaign. Dornell graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics. Dornell grew up in Bucks County, currently resides in Philadelphia, and has a love of all things Marvel.

Neil Deegan - CEO

Neil Deegan is a managing partner at Rittenhouse Political Partners. Neil is a skilled political and nonprofit professional with a decade of experience. Neil began his political career working with Congresswoman Allyson Y. Schwartz's political team as a campaign intern in 2006. During his time on the Congresswoman's staff, he served as a senior member of her political team, including as political and finance director on her 2010 and 2012 re-election campaigns, and as her senior finance advisor and political director during the 2014 primary campaign for governor. Over the course of those eight years, Neil led efforts to raise tens of millions of dollars for the Congresswoman's campaigns, for party organizations, and for candidates in Pennsylvania and across the country. Neil also served as the Pennsylvania State Director for Enroll America, a non-profit, non-partisan organization charged with connecting the uninsured with health coverage through partner engagement, training, direct engagement, and media efforts. During his time with Enroll America, Neil and his team developed pioneering strategies to reach and connect the uninsured to health coverage by building partnerships with government leaders, municipal and county governments, local community organizations, hospitals, and 2-1-1 hotlines across the state.

Rachel Doran

Rachel Doran is a Southeastern Pennsylvania native. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009, Rachel moved to DC to pursue a political fundraising career. Her first job was with a PAC consulting firm, raising money for multiple members of Congress. In 2010, Rachel returned to Pennsylvania and has been raising money throughout the Commonwealth ever since, most notably serving as Deputy Finance Director for Senator Bob Casey's re-election campaign in Western Pennsylvania. In 2013, Rachel launched her own political consulting business and has raised money for clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Oklahoma and New York. Rachel joined Rittenhouse Political Partners in 2015 with experience on the Federal, State, County and Local levels, having raised millions of dollars to get Democrats elected. Rachel currently resides in Philadelphia with her dog, Nevy, a 3 year old cavapoo.
