In more recent times the need to build more homes to house the growing population & the disappearance of traditional Social & Council owned properties has exposed a need for a large increase in building. However, a focus on sustainability, eco friendly technologies & principles & thoughtful & considerate use of land must be paramount to true success. As this business has grown, it has become necessary to separate investment activities from building activities so our sister company Parkgrove Construction now handles the building activity... As a business, Parkgrove has moved in more recent times into an investor & developer of Property & Business assets, applying core transferable skills & knowledge into a winning formula for Investors & property owners alike.....
