BIOSPHERE CARBON GROUP

Biosphere Carbon Group operates a state of the art spent carbon reactivation facility located in the heart of the Great Pacific NW. Biosphere's facility processes spent carbon which has previously adsorbed volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from a multitude of applications from environmental, commercial, industrial remediation projects. All spent carbons sent to Biosphere Carbon Group are carefully logged and categorized upon arrival at our facility grounds. Once categorized, the spent carbon is processed through Biosphere's reactivation facility under highly controlled temperatures to achieve full desorption of any VOCs from within the activated carbon. Once the VOCs are desorbed from the carbon, they are captured in a gas like state and destructed through a thermal oxidizer. The reactivated carbon moves through the remaining part of our process which reactivates, screens out any unwanted sized material, and is bagged weighed and tested for quality before shipping back to customers for..
