Areas of expertise Search, selection and recruitment process at FMCG sector Başak Samancı graduated from Boğaziçi University Tourism and Hotel Management Department and had been in France for language training. After her return, she started her career as executive assistant of expatriate General Managers at Xerox and Danone companies, respectively. Her desire to improve herself and work in different fields led her to Human Resources in 2000 . She continued her career as training, internal communication and recruitment supervisor at Danone. During this period, she completed Boğaziçi University Human Resources Certificate Program. In 2006 , she joined Sütaş Group, the leading dairy company, and was responsible for the recruitment processes of the group companies in Turkey and abroad. In this company where she worked for 17 years, she realized mid and senior level recruitments in law, purchasing, marketing, sales, production, finance, human resources, quality, supply chain and R&D functions,and conducted new graduate recruitment programs. She participated Development Center trainings of Flow Q, DDI, A&DC companies and received an assessor certificate. She won the "Top Social Recruiter " award in the Individual category within the scope of the LinkedIn Talent Awards held for the first time in Turkey in 2017. Başak joined Duman Management Consulting as of January 2023.

Ezgi Türkmen

Areas of expertise Leadership Development & Communication Talent Development Ezgi Türkmen, who graduated from Koc University Economics, primarily built up her career on sales and marketing in both external and local markets of international companies like Colgate & Palmolive, Cadbury/Kraft and Coca-Cola within more than 16 years. Along the way, she changed her course to management and delivery of international leadership development programs in the tenth year of her corporate life, where she enriched the last 7 years of her career by becoming a certified executive coach and facilitator. While experiencing her own leadership journey in the corporate environment until the end of 2017, Ezgi worked with many different geographies like Turkey, Far East, South America, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, Central Asia and Pakistan. Having lead teams of different dynamics such as direct-indirect and local-international, Ezgi designed and delivered many development programs to especially mid- and senior-level leaders. Doing this, she combined her experience actively achieved on the ‘field' of more than ten years with aspects of leadership, communication and talent development. Today, Ezgi is a leadership consultant, certified executive coach (PCC) and facilitator. Under leadership consultancy, she supports organizations in projects of change management, organizational development, leadership development, talent development, inclusion and communication with Coaching, Mentoring, VUCA Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Digital Leadership, Meaningful Conversations & Effective Communication, Systemic Thinking, Leadership & Change, Leader as Coach, Performance Coaching, Resilience and Leader's Presence being among her areas of expertise. Under coaching and facilitation, she brings in her corporate experience of having worked together with executives, senior leaders, mid-level leaders, supervisors, specialists and shopfloor leaders to her sessions as an angle to support her clients in pursuing a 360-degree perspective to the system they work in and in understanding the value chain they are a part of. Müge Gabbott

Areas of expertise Organisation Development Müge Gabbott completed her MBA degree in Esslingen University in Germany and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University in Turkey. In 2008, she relocated to Switzerland, where she currently resides. Her career began in 2002 at Kibar Holding, where she developed her core HR expertise and contributed to key initiatives supporting the company's HR transformation. She worked as an HR Manager for Assan Aluminium before moving to Switzerland. In Switzerland, Müge joined SICPA, a global provider of security inks and traceability solutions for government institutions. Müge served as the HR Director responsible for global HR Business Partnership and Talent Management. She oversaw operations in 25 countries, working closely with C-level executives as a Board Member. Born and raised in Istanbul, and having lived and worked in four countries, Müge brings a rich cultural background and an integrated approach to her work. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented various HR structures, including offshoring and outsourcing of specific HR activities. Her passion lies in helping organizations identify the appropriate people strategy and HR structure necessary for success. She is skilled in developing integrated talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. As an HR leader, Müge prioritizes collaboration and partnership. She focuses on building strong relationships, understanding unique needs, and designing data-driven and customized HR solutions that align with the business goals and culture of the organization she serves.
