Aaron Kangieser

Aaron joins our company as VP of the Specialty Contracting Division. Aaron has over 13 years' experience in the commercial construction industry. Aaron got his start installing commercial security systems. In 2009 he began a sales position in the roofing and waterproofing industry, moving quickly into estimating and project management. With the recent emergence of codes requiring photoluminescence egress markings (PL), Aaron added PL to his arsenal and has since become certified as an installer and expert in this field. During his years in Los Angeles, California, Aaron contributed to the construction of various high-profile projects including Netflix, The Sacramento Kings Arena, the San Francisco 49er's new stadium in Santa Clara and the UC Berkeley Redevelopment Project.

Bill Kangieser

Starting out as a self-employed commercial painting contractor, Bill has accumulated over 38 years' experience in the industry. Bill's vast experience includes building custom homes, general contractor and specialty contractor. Bill has managed the construction of diversified projects including the home of astronaut Alan Sheppard in South Shore Harbour, Texas as well as contributing to the construction of Minute Maid Park and The Houston Texans new Stadium in Houston. Bill has started and grown companies of his own as well as for others. Having served positions including VP of Operations, President and COO as well as serving on construction boards and acting as mediator for court cases involving contractors and owners, Bill is the perfect fit for COO at Milwaukie Floors & More and Milwaukie Specialty Contracting.

Donna Baten

Donna began her career as a Field Secretary for Nash Philips Copus Homebuilders in Austin, Texas in 1983. Since then, she has gained over 20 years' experience in the residential and commercial construction industries. Working as a general contractor for many years Donna managed and completed fun and challenging ground-up projects including I-Hop restaurants, Krispy Kreme Donut Shops and Tutor Time Day Care Centers. In 2003 Donna decided to make a change in her career by getting into the corporate HR industry. Since then, she has worked and consulted within the industries of insurance, benefits and human resource management. Donna graduated Magda Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. Degree in Psychology, and later completed master's degrees in both Psychology and Human Resource Management. It is her diverse combination of education and experience that makes Donna uniquely qualified to head-up Milwaukie Floors & More as its President and CEO.
