Armond Davis, the founder of the company, began his career in banking, and transitioned into the construction business with that background. Armond's banking experience gives Paragon a propensity for client service and responsiveness that would not normally be found in a construction services provider. It also gives Paragon the ability to analyze a project and to identify areas where the client can best allocate financial resources in order to provide the optimal return on the utilization of the facility. This practice has been developed by Mr. Davis into the Paragon Diamond Standard, a proprietary process through which Paragon assists its clients in achieving optimal utilization of both financial and human resources in the course of completing a project.
