Anne Tutt is Vice-Chair of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of the Investment Committee.
Anne is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of Board level experience in executive and non-executive roles. She has led successful finance and management teams in organisations ranging from owner-managed companies to large multi-nationals in sectors including manufacturing and banking.
Since August 2006 she has had a portfolio of non-executive directorships and financial consultancy roles across the public, private and social enterprise sectors.
In addition to her role at Oxford University Hospitals, Anne is a Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Oxford Hospitals Charity.

Ash studied pharmacy at Portsmouth School of Pharmacy and, after graduating in 1983, he began his pharmacy career in Central London and opened the first of his three pharmacies in 1986. In early 2004, he was one of the first pharmacists to qualify as a supplementary prescriber and he qualified as an independent prescriber in June 2007.
Ash has been Chair of the National Pharmacy Association's Board, is a past President, Assembly and English Pharmacy Board Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and is currently a Vice President of the International Pharmacy Federation.

David joined the Trust in October 2019 from Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust where he was the Chief Information Officer at both trusts.

Mr Colin Nnadi completed his Orthopaedic training in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery on the Wessex rotation in the UK. He was awarded the FRCS(Orth) in 2006.
Mr Nnadi has fellowship training from the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, London and the Norfolk and Norwich University Teaching Hospital. He worked as a Consultant at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. He took up his present post as Consultant Spine Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals in December 2008.
His interests include all aspects of general and complex spinal surgery with a sub-specialty interest in paediatric and adult spinal deformity.
Mr Loizou ('Con') is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford with a specialist interest in elective conditions of the adult foot and ankle, the diabetic foot and he is a team member of the Bone Infection Unit. He also has an interest in foot and ankle ultrasound and he is CASE accredited.
He qualified from the University of Cambridge and undertook his specialist training at the East of England. He is fellowship trained in adult foot and ankle surgery, having spent a year at Oxford and six months in Melbourne, Australia.
In 2015 he won the Chang Chen Prize for best podium presentation at the BOFAS annual scientific meeting. He has a basic science background having studied molecular and cell biology at the University of Bath and gained a PhD in clinical biochemistry from the University of Cambridge.
He is also a GMC recognised educational supervisor for the Oxford Deanery trauma and orthopaedic specialty trainees.

Mr Bowden graduated in Medicine in 1986 from the University of the Witwatersrand and specialised in Orthopaedic Surgery in Cape Town.
Between 1996 and 2000 Mr Bowden was the Nuffield Orthopaedic Scholar and Clinical Research Fellow for the Arthritis and Rheumatism Council in the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Oxford.
Gavin is Professor of Medicine and Head of the Medical Sciences Division, University of Oxford.
He received his first degree from Cambridge in 1984 before moving to Oxford to complete his medical studies in 1987. He then completed training in general internal medicine and obtained a DPhil from Oxford University in 1998.
In 2004, Gavin was appointed to the Chair of Medicine at Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College and became Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in 2015. He returned to Oxford as Head of the Medical Sciences Division in October 2017.
His research concerns the immunology of infectious diseases with an interest in dengue and Zika virus infections. He is a Fellow of both the Academy of Medical Sciences and the Royal College of Physicians, and was a Senior Investigator in the National Institute for Health Research.

Rick Brown graduated from the University of Cambridge and King's College Hospital, London, before completing orthopaedic training on the Middlesex and Stanmore Rotation, London and then fellowships in Sydney and Harvard, USA.
After appointment as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in 2004, he established the new Foot and Ankle service in Cheltenham and ran a regional paediatric foot clinic at Bristol Children's Hospital.
His interest in education led to serving two terns on the BOFAS Education committee, where he is now Chairman.
He is a Lead Examiner for the FRCS (Tr&Orth). In 2016 he was appointed as a consultant in the Foot and Ankle team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, where his practice covers all areas of foot and ankle surgery including sports injuries, neurological conditions, complex forefoot pathology, arthritis and young adult problems.

Mr Grannum completed his training in Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery on the East Midlands Deanery rotation in 2011.
Following completion of advanced specialist spinal training he has worked as a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at North Bristol NHS Trust and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Throughout his training he has cultivated an interest in spinal surgery and following completion of his postgraduate orthopaedic training Mr Grannum undertook post CCT fellowships in complex and reconstructive spinal surgery which provided advanced training in the management of spinal trauma, adult and paediatric spinal deformity as well as the management of degenerative conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine.

Paula Hay-Plumb is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Paula is an experienced board director who has worked across the public and private sectors. Her executive career included serving as Chief Executive of the National Regeneration Agency, English Partnerships, and Corporate Finance and Group Reporting Director at Marks and Spencer plc.
Paula's current non-executive portfolio includes the Crown Estate and Michelmersh Brick Holdings plc. She is also a Trustee of both Calthorpe Estates and the Mineworkers' Pension Scheme. She has previously been a Non-executive Director of the National Audit Office, the Forensic Science Service and Skipton Building Society.
In 1997 Paula chaired the Coalfields Taskforce set up by Government to produce a programme of measures to regenerate former coalfield areas of England and help the communities which had suffered from the pit closures. She subsequently became a founding Trustee of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust.

Professor Schapira was appointed as a Consultant Neurologist at the Royal Free Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square in 1988, and to the University Chair of Clinical Neurosciences at the University College London (UCL) Institute of Neurology in 1990.
He is Vice Dean of UCL Medical School and director of the UCL Royal Free campus.
His research interests focus on neurodegenerative disease, particularly Parkinson's and other movement disorders. He is the principal investigator on the Medical Research Council and EU H2020 programmes for neurodegenerative diseases.
During his career he has won a number of awards for his research and was elected a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences in 1999.

Miss Kokila Lakhoo is a consultant paediatric surgeon at the Children's Hospital in Oxford, clinical lead for paediatric surgery in Oxford and an honorary senior lecturer in paediatric surgery at the University of Oxford. She graduated from university in South Africa and completed a PhD in gastrointestinal diseases at the University of Witwatersrand.
After training in adult general surgery and paediatrics, she underwent further trained in paediatric surgery at Baragwanath Hospital in Johannesburg (South Africa), Red Cross Children's Hospital in Cape Town (South Africa) and Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital in London (UK). She is the Chair of the International Forum for the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons and is also personally developing paediatric surgery through a link in Tanzania.

Sara Randall was appointed to the substantive role of Chief Operating Officer in June 2019 having previously been Acting Chief Operating Officer and Acting Director of Clinical Services.
Sara was Deputy Director of Clinical Services for Oxford University Hospitals from November 2011, prior to which she was Executive Director of Operations and Performance of the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre NHS Trust.

She was subsequently Chief Operating Officer for the Meyrick Group, a complex multi-site private property group with commercial, leisure and residential interests.
She was a non-executive director at Newbury Building Society one of the largest shared ownership lenders in the UK and she co-founded Modulous, a construction technology platform focused on transforming the design and delivery of sustainable, affordable homes.

Terry joined the Trust in February 2020 from The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust where he was Director of People and Organisational Development.
Prior to this role he was Director of Workforce at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Associate Director of HR at Barts Health NHS Trust.
He has held a number of other senior HR positions in NHS trusts, as well as spending a year on secondment at the Department of Health as a National HR Advisor.
Terry is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has completed the Top Manager Programme with the King's Fund, and is a certified Coach and Mediator.
Thomas completed the Scientist Training Programme in Portsmouth and graduated from Aston University with an MSc in 2020.
His main interests are paediatric assessment and rehabilitation, single-sided deafness, and service improvement.
