Prior to joining Whalen Search Group, LLC she held several HR roles within the Healthcare and Hospitality Industry where she worked for some great companies and brands including Sheraton, Radisson, and TRIUMPH Health Care. Denise graduated with her BA degree in Business from Stockton University. Denise is married with three children. She likes to spend time with her family and is involved with the children's school, soccer activities, and enjoys going to the beach.
Elizabeth (Liz) Whalen is CEO/Founder of Whalen Search Group. She brings 20 years of recruiting excellence in providing talented leaders and executives in the Automotive Aftermarket industry as well as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Wholesale and Healthcare Information Technology. Liz feels very privileged to be in a business she loves and honored to work with such great companies. She attributes her success to excellent client and candidate relationships. She believes in hard work, building relationships, integrity, persistence, efficiency and "results". Prior to founding Whalen Search Group, LLC, she gained valuable experience as the Director of Corporate Staffing at CARDONE Industries. Elizabeth graduated with her MBA from West Chester University and has a BS in Finance and Marketing from Liberty University. Elizabeth is married with 4 children and devotes her free time to spending time with her family, watching her children's sporting activities, being active in her church and community.
Jen Schwartz is a Management Recruiter and recruits for various roles at all levels including IT/Technology, Accounting/Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Administrative and Legal Staffing. An experienced professional recruiter, Jen started her career working at SunGard (now FIS) in Philadelphia. She has also recruited for other big companies such as Blank Rome, LLP, an AM Law 100 firm, and Campbell Soup Company, a Fortune 500 company. Jen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. In addition, she received her PHR Certification and has a Certificate of Professional in Human Resources from Villanova University. Married with 3 children, she enjoys spending time with her family, beach days and teaching Pilates. Melanie Amadoro is a Technical Consultant with Whalen Search Group, with extensive experience in the automotive and construction industries. Melanie has a diverse, technical resume that spans several different engineering disciplines across the manufacturing and automotive industry, the medical field, and academia. Her career includes serving as the Technical Director of a Motion Analysis Laboratory at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children; an Application Engineer with SKF USA Inc. working with major clients on industrial bearing applications; and as a Naval Engineer providing machinery design and acquisition support to U.S. Navy ships. Melanie obtained her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where she graduated Cum Laude. She also has an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University where she was awarded the Calhoun Fellowship and graduated with Honors. Melanie is married with 4 children. She enjoys running, biking, swimming, and competing in the sport of triathlon, as well as reading and attending her children's sporting events.
