We are a locally established organisation providing confidential counselling and psychotherapy in Brighton and Hove. The service is managed by Damian White, who has over fifteen years social care experience in the NHS and voluntary sector. All therapists working under the organisation's umbrella are nationally registered with either the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the United Kindgom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)... Our established team is qualified to offer both counselling & psychotherapy. Although there is little agreement as to what the difference is between the two, we use the term counselling to refer to shorter term work and psychotherapy for longer term encounters...
