Based on our aged care experience, we have designed unique systems of care we call ‘GPACSS' (GP Aged Care Support Systems). The fundamental goal of our GPACSS programs are to improve the health and wellbeing of our elderly loved ones residing within Residential Aged Care Facilities whilst simultaneously improving the GP's experience. Our programs also support RACF's accreditation compliance regarding standards of care...
