Andrew began his career in Estate Agency in 1998 and during this time has worked in both corporate and independent estate agencies, including management roles. He joined Laurence and the Team in 2006. Having been educated and living in Daventry he can offer a wealth of information about the area and he has built up a vast network of contacts and friends playing sport for many local teams. Many people who meet Andrew can see that he is passionate about offering excellent customer service and changing the view of how Estate Agents are often perceived.
Anthony started in the financial sector in his early twenties after finishing university and travelling. Anthony trained, gained experience and qualified with the HSBC, where he gained the knowledge and understanding that he needed to be a good adviser. He also learnt the valuable lesson of wanting to offer his clients more options from more lenders and providers. As a result of wanting to truly help his clients find the right lender, he decided to go independent in November 2007 and joined Affinity Mortgage Solutions. He enjoys the challenge of searching out new lenders and the ever changing criteria of the mortgage market.
Chris joined us in January 2013 and having previously worked for an estate agent in Rugby. Chris is a local person who has lived his whole life in the villages of West Haddon and Ravensthorpe and was schooled in Guilsborough. He is able to share his vast knowledge of the villages covered by our Long Buckby Office and for this reason was very keen to gain the position within our company.
Damon moved to the area aged 7 and was educated at Welton Primary School and Ashby Road in Daventry. His local knowledge and expertise of the area is superb having lived in Daventry, Staverton, Crick and currently Newnham. Damon is a natural sales person with a 30 year track record of sales behind him. He joined us in 2010 and within his role; Damon constantly demonstrates his wealth of local knowledge and a good understanding of the emotional aspects of both selling and buying a property.
Kate has been in financial services since 1996. She started with Lloyds TSB as a lending officer, followed by the Prudential as a financial adviser and then joined a corporate Independent Financial Advice firm in London where she completed her training as an independent financial adviser and achieved Chartered status. Kate become a partner in Affinity Mortgage Solutions in 2003 which has allowed her to follow the company ethos of providing independent advice to her clients, offering a professional service and treating others as she would want to be treated herself, without having the restrictions of being part of a larger organisation.

Natasha first joined us in 2005 as a Trainee and it was very clear early on that she was a natural for this career, through a lot of hard work, Natasha was promoted to Sales Manager. Having grown up and been educated in Weedon and Daventry she has a vast knowledge of Daventry and the surrounding villages. Natasha approaches her work with drive and passion and she is thoroughly committed to providing excellent customer care by seeing everything through from start to finish; from the initial phone call to the handing over of keys.
Paul started his career in Estate Agency after leaving further education in Oxford. His first role was as a property consultant which gave him a greater understanding of customers' needs and the advice required when purchasing a property. Paul founded Affinity Mortgage Solutions in 2002, to coincide with the opening of our Estate Agency, after 5 years of work within the financial services industry at Pearl Insurance and Zurich. As a business, Paul and Affinity focus on good customer service whilst offering expertise in the mortgage industry.
Sara joined us in 2005 having moved to the area in 2002. Sara has nearly 30 years of Secretarial/PA experience which has helped her successfully manage the smooth day to day running of operations, which enables the Sales Team to go about their duties. Sara is a pro-active problem solver whose role is perhaps not seen by our clients but it is very much appreciated by her work colleagues.
