SafeClimb started as a PPE distributor in June 2006. The company needed a sales specialist to help grow and employed Liza Collard, a height safety specialist, from one of their manufacture suppliers, North Safety Products. North, at the time, was developing a Climbing Wall Descender and found a wall builder to distribute it in the UK. However, it became apparent that a specialist service agent was required to support these customers and SafeClimb was asked to take on the distribution and service of the CWD due to their past relationship and Liza's expertise... Safety is our number one priority. We aim to provide height safety equipment that exceed the safety requirements... Since 2014 SafeClimb has been completely dedicated company to the design, manufacture and maintenance of height safety equipment, in particular the SafeDown auto belay, a specifically designed auto belay to replace the CWD that was no longer in manufacture. Liza now runs the company with the sole focus on safety..
