Abdul joined Everoze in 2022 after his MSc. In Energy Engineering. Since joining Everoze, he has worked on operation monitoring of Solar PV farms, Energy yield assessments, and Due diligence for Solar PV sites Abdul has a master's degree in Energy Engineering. Prior to this, Abdul worked on Solar and Storage EPC contracts for about 4 years in the West African market, all mostly ground mounted. This involved end to end management of the projects as well as overseeing cross functional project teams, all the way through to commissioning. He has broad technical experience in solar PV and BESS installation and construction monitoring. He has also built experience in data analysis with a focus on O&M analysis. Abdul is currently a due diligence consultant with the Everoze team focusing on Solar PV and Battery Storage technologies.

Adam Sharpe

In the GB energy flexibility sector he has worked with investors, developers, DNOs and utilities. As we see increasing interest in H2 projects co-locating, for storage/export or flexibility services (e.g. Power to X), the Hydrogen team will complement Everoze's specialism in flexibility, energy storage, wind and solar markets. Prior to joining Everoze, since 2013, Ewan led the delivery of the Atkins clean gas storage sector and helped build wider capability in CCS/CCUS and grid scale energy storage (incl. Hydrogen, compressed air). Ewan's career experience has been broad and varied; including delivering engineering support within owners engineer and technical authority roles; at two of the UK's largest onshore Gas Storage sites, near Hull. Ewan has led a number of UK first feasibility studies on hydrogen storage at grid scale. Ewan has developed an in-depth understanding of where H2 production can offer flexibility services, including combusting Hydrogen in gas turbines. In addition, Ewan represented Atkins in the North West Hydrogen Alliance; which is an industrial consortium aiming to develop the region as the UK's primary Hydrogen economy. Francesca joined Everoze in 2017 and her experience includes: Senior Engineer at DNV GL, specialising in post-construction SCADA-based energy production assessments for wind farms. SCADA based review of over 1 GW of operational wind farms, spread globally and including all major turbine manufacturers. In-depth involvement in 70+ bankable assessments (including offshore projects). Broad experience including regular asset monitoring, short term forecasting, power performance verification and turbine inspections. Prior to entering consultancy, Francesca worked for a major wind turbine manufacturer for over two years.

George Gibberd

Graeme Wilson

James Shaw-Stewart

Prior to this he was a senior lecturer and course director in general energy. James spent nine years in higher education, working on research and teaching of various science, technology and energy topics, before focussing on rechargeable battery technology at WMG in Warwick University. He started looking at Li-ion materials reclamation and general recycling, electric vehicle (EV) battery degradation modelling, and the impacts of V2G (vehicle-to-grid) EV battery cycling on lifetime costs in research projects. He then worked in startups as technical expert guiding the build of a battery warranty product, and a novel NaNiCl cell design.
