Abdul has a master's degree in Energy Engineering. Prior to this, Abdul worked on Solar and Storage EPC contracts for about 4 years in the West African market, all mostly ground mounted. This involved end to end management of the projects as well as overseeing cross functional project teams, all the way through to commissioning. He has broad technical experience in solar PV and BESS installation and construction monitoring. He has also built experience in data analysis with a focus on O&M analysis.

Active within the solar PV industry since 2014, Adam is a consultant specialising in the delivery of technical due diligence and project support services for multiple GWs of PV assets worldwide, including the UK and Ireland, Australia, the US and Mexico. His current focus is on exploring new models for the funding of subsidy free PV projects in the UK and further afield.

Alexia has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2010. She has experience from all phases of a project: development, construction and operation. For the past years, she has been specialising in technical audits, performance analysis, construction monitoring and commissioning of photovoltaic power plants.

With more than 12 years of experience within the renewable energy industry, Arnaud has gained a deep knowledge of all technical and commercial aspects of utility-scale solar PV projects. Ben has been working in renewables since 2004 and has seen the solar PV sector transform from a few visionaries into a significant contributor to UK energy generation. As well as conducting lenders due diligence on many individual and portfolio transactions, he has led the design & construction of numerous solar PV projects. Prior to joining Everoze, Ben was Operations Director at OST Energy (now RINA).
Benjamin specialises in strategic, market and techno commercial advice in energy flexibility. He has authored and contributed to public reports including the Power Responsive Annual Report 2020, ‘Swarm Governance: Flying to a future of domestic energy-as-a-service' and ‘Beyond the Spin', as well as numerous market entry and feasibility reports for current and prospective DSF asset owners/developers.
In the GB energy flexibility sector he has worked with investors, developers, DNOs and utilities.
In 2019 Benjamin was seconded to the development arm of a major UK energy utility to assist with the establishment of a new team dedicated to novel technologies, including energy storage.
Benoit is an Engineer specialized in Energy Systems and associated Markets with a double degree in Energy Economics and Policy. He has a focus on due diligence services for solar projects and provides technical and commercial support with an emphasis on data analysis to assess performance and operational issues. He has built experience in energy yield assessment with the analysis of solar portfolios in France and overseas, considering portfolio effects. Benoit also has expertise in carbon accounting and has worked on several life cycle analyses of PV projects.
Bethan has been working in the renewable energy sector since 2015 and joined Everoze in 2021 to focus on solar PV and storage technologies. Her experience includes undertaking feasibility studies, grid connection reviews and strategic projects to inform policy. She has operational experience through undertaking asset management for solar PV and onshore wind assets. Bethan has recently undertaken cost analysis and due diligence for GB battery storage projects for two of GBs largest storage asset owners.

Bob works across all technologies blending strong analytical skills and commercial awareness with wide-ranging project development experience.
Bob is a chartered mechanical engineer who has dedicated his whole career, which started back in 1999, to renewables and energy storage consulting. Before jointly founding Everoze, Bob had a leading role in the growth of a multidisciplinary and international project development team for 15 years at Garrad Hassan. Bob works across all the technologies, mainly focusing on energy storage, energy flexibility and onshore wind. He has significant experience of projects in their development phase, however often gets involved in operational assets too.
Brieuc has been working in the renewables industry for more than 5 years, specialising in energy production assessment.
Polyvalent and rigorous, Bruno has 8 years of experience in the European power sector. He has gained experience across all the power supply chain from generation to supply, working for companies such as RTE (French TSO), EDF Energy, Limejump and Reactive Technologies. With a wide experience ranging from economics, strategy, project management and operations, Bruno has advised start-ups and utilities on topics varying from PPA contracts to battery storage market studies.
Bruno has acquired in depth knowledge of power markets and power sector regulation, and also benefits from a strong network in the French energy sector especially in Policy&Regulation (CRE, Enedis, RTE). Interested in start-up, Bruno has recently looked in depth at different venture ideas.

Christian has over 15 years of international experience in all technologies of solar energy conversion, PV, FPV, CPV and CSP, as well as energy storage. Having worked in different areas of the renewable energy industry, like Project Management, R&D, Software Development, Consulting as well as managing his own companies, Christian has developed a competent holistic perspective of clean energy generation. He led IFI work in developing countries in areas like feasibility studies, capacity building, procurement / tender support, transaction advisory, regulatory reviews as well as industry best-practice application to O&M and EPC contracts and other areas. Christian has lived in Germany, Spain, Australia, France and Mauritius and led projects in many other regions. He is fluent in German, English, Spanish and French.

Daniel is a consultant, engineer and developer working predominantly in the offshore renewables industry since 2006. Daniel has very broad experience, having undertaken technical and analytical roles, fulfilled senior roles in high profile and high value offshore wind development projects, and provided technical and strategic support to a large number of project owners, investors and public bodies across Europe, Asia and the US. Daniel's experience provides him with a strong understanding of project commercials and a deep-rooted technical capability.
Dario is a solar expert with more than 13 years of experience, working on renewable projects located in more than 25 countries, assisting international lenders, investors, sponsors and project owners.

David is a chemical engineer with an MSc in renewable energy engineering. Since joining Everoze in 2020, he has worked in early stage development and due diligence on green hydrogen and offshore wind projects, across the UK, France, Ireland and Japan. He has supported the growth of Everoze's hydrogen team and gained experience in early stage project design, hydrogen production modelling, green ammonia modelling and performing due diligence on hydrogen electrolyser and renewable energy projects.

David is a chartered civil engineer with a breadth of practical offshore wind experience, gained by moving between different project management roles, both in consultancy and in utility project development teams. David has a broad understanding of operational challenges and the innovations which are deployed to overcome them, with a particular focus on:

condition monitoring systems, and digital twins, for economic asset life extension,

Diana has over 10 years of experience in research, analysis, project design and management in the fields of climate change mitigation and environment. She is currently a climate change and sustainability consultant at Everoze
Diana started working on climate change mitigation in 2009. Her primary areas of expertise are research, analysis, project design and management in the fields of climate change mitigation and environment. Since 2017 she has been working on clean energy transition and energy sector reforms in Ukraine. Diana holds an Environmental Sciences and Policy degree. She believes that conscious consumption is a driver for change and that it applies to businesses. Diana is currently a climate change and sustainability consultant at Everoze.

Ewan is focussing on growing the low carbon hydrogen business within Everoze, which includes services in due diligence, project support and strategic services.
Ewan is a chartered Mechanical engineer who joined Everoze in 2021 and will focus on growing the low carbon hydrogen business within Everoze, which includes services in due diligence, project support and strategic services. As we see increasing interest in H2 projects co-locating, for storage/export or flexibility services (e.g. Power to X), the Hydrogen team will complement Everoze's specialism in flexibility, energy storage, wind and solar markets.
Prior to joining Everoze, since 2013, Ewan led the delivery of the Atkins clean gas storage sector and helped build wider capability in CCS/CCUS and grid scale energy storage (incl. Hydrogen, compressed air). Ewan's career experience has been broad and varied; including delivering engineering support within owners engineer and technical authority roles; at two of the UK's largest onshore Gas Storage sites, near Hull. Ewan has led a number of UK first feasibility studies on hydrogen storage at grid scale. Ewan has developed an in-depth understanding of where H2 production can offer flexibility services, including combusting Hydrogen in gas turbines. In addition, Ewan represented Atkins in the North West Hydrogen Alliance; which is an industrial consortium aiming to develop the region as the UK's primary Hydrogen economy. Ewan is a passionate speaker in the hydrogen ‘thought leadership' space, and presents regularly.
Fatima has over 8 years of experience in the energy sector. She previously worked as Technical Manager for Asset Management & Operations at DNV France where she worked on more than 4 GW of wind capacity in France. Specialized in post-construction onshore wind energy analysis (yield assessment, performance review analysis), she also carries out technical due diligence and solar yield studies.

George is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years' experience in the power industry, including 16 years developing technologies and projects for offshore renewables (wind, wave and tidal). He was a founder, and for five years Technical Director, of Tidal Generation Ltd. where he developed a successful 1MW grid-connected tidal turbine.
Graeme has 10 years of experience in the offshore wind industry with particular expertise in offshore wind technical advisory services and offshore wind operations.
Graeme specialises in offshore wind technical advisory services. Prior to joining Everoze, Graeme completed a PhD at the University of Strathclyde before working in offshore wind operations for SSE Renewables, as a performance engineer. Since joining Everoze, Graeme has worked on a broad range of offshore projects across Northern Europe as technical advisor on both the buy-side and sell-side and as a lender's technical advisor.
Hanna has worked in the renewable energy industry since 2015, specialising in wind resource and pre-construction energy yield analysis. Prior to joining Everoze in 2021, she worked as a Senior Analyst in K2 Management. Hanna has worked on a range of projects onshore and offshore, recent project experience includes energy yield analyses for >5 GW North Sea offshore projects and development support for an onshore 150 MW wind farm in complex terrain in Chile; including layout design, monitoring campaign advice, energy analysis and site conditions.

Imène is an Electrical Engineer with a European Master in Renewable Energy. She has over 5 years of experience in solar energy, having worked previously as Research Engineer in an environment linking research and development for industrial partners at CEA-INES in France.
James has spent the last four years focussed on the battery industry, covering Li-ion materials reclamation, EV battery degradation, battery warranty products and NaNiCl cell development before joining Everoze as a technology expert. Prior to this he was a senior lecturer and course director in general energy.
James spent nine years in higher education, working on research and teaching of various science, technology and energy topics, before focussing on rechargeable battery technology at WMG in Warwick University. He started looking at Li-ion materials reclamation and general recycling, electric vehicle (EV) battery degradation modelling, and the impacts of V2G (vehicle-to-grid) EV battery cycling on lifetime costs in research projects. He then worked in startups as technical expert guiding the build of a battery warranty product, and a novel NaNiCl cell design.
Jane is a recent physics graduate and joined Everoze in 2021. Her focus is due diligence within offshore and onshore wind and has provided technical consultancy on projects across Europe. Jane has experience in the wind Lidar industry and has co-authored a paper on drone mounted wind Lidar.
Jane is also a licensed drone pilot.
Javier has been working in the renewable energy sector since 2006, specialising in solar PV and onshore wind projects. He has experience both from the consulting industry and from the developer side and has gained knowledge in all major aspects of solar PV and wind industry: M&A, due diligence, project development, permitting, design, resource assessment, PPAs, site visits, contract analysis and negotiation, interconnection, annual performance tests, and monitoring of provisional and final acceptance milestones.
Jeremy has been working in the renewable energy and environmental engineering since 2000 with experience covering the design, costing, planning, sale, technical due diligence, installation and management of solar projects throughout the UK and Australia. His experience covers large portfolios made up of small (<4kW) scale installations through to large scale (>25MW) installations.
Jerome previously headed all energy sector activities in France and North Africa for DNV GL. He has over 10 years of experience in renewables with particular expertise in providing technical, commercial and strategic expert advice in the offshore wind sector in Europe.

Justine has more than 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry both as construction project manager and asset manager. Her experience includes contract negotiation, costing, planning, team coordination, claim management, turbines inspections, construction and operations.
Lindsay has a background in finance and support for the renewable energy and construction sector. She has experience from a variety of finance functions since 2017 and is studying towards chartership with ACCA.
Madeleine is a recent physics graduate with a MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems. Since joining Everoze in 2022, Madeleine has worked on solar due diligence and data analysis in the UK and Iberian markets.
Madeleine has a technical background from her studies in the UK, Austria, and Spain. She is a physicist with a MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems and a keen interest in energy modelling, large-scale solar PV, and the transition to a clean energy global society. She modelled the impact of hydrogen integration on the Spanish electricity network for her Master thesis and will return to the Iberian peninsular with her work at Everoze, including:

Marina joined Everoze in 2020. Prior to joining Everoze she worked in the renewable energy industry over 8 years, being focused on technical advisory services as well as in development and management of Solar PV plants, having complete project life-cycle experience: development, construction, and operation. She has experience managing international grid-connected PV projects in Europe (mainly in Spain, Portugal, and Italy) and in LATAM. Main expertise areas:

As a qualified engineer who has held senior commercial and project management roles in both the wind and solar sectors, he brings a wealth of experience in contracting and delivering renewable projects. As well as working more generally within the due diligence team, he specialises in assessing operational performance of solar plants and reviewing project contracts to ensure they satisfy our customers' technical requirements.

Nastasia has a technical background with an Engineering degree in Energy and Environment and has studied in France and in Hungary. She has experience of thermal energy networks and sustainable development in Spain and in France. Nick has worked in offshore renewables since 2007, having previously lead the Offshore Projects Team at DNV GL (Garrad Hassan), provided technical and commercial advice to offshore wind developers in Europe, U.S. & Asia. Nick has a focus on offshore wind, but also supports on economic modelling for energy storage systems.

Nicolas has been involved in renewable energies since 2006, his expertise encompasses product development and certification, project design and performance assessment, technical and commercial due diligence.
Nicolas has been involved in a great variety of projects and technologies from roof-top system to large floating PV systems or hybrid PV + BESS installations.
Recently he has managed the due diligence of a several standalone grid scale storage projects. Nicolas is also involved in the development of Everoze activity in green hydrogen.

Following on from an enterprise IT solutions background and involved in several renewable energy focused start-ups, offering a unique combination of enterprise IT skills and first-hand experience of Distribution Network Operators, distributed generation and the electricity supply industry.
Robin works largely in offshore wind, battery storage, operational energy analyses and solar PV project support, He has provided technical and commercial advice to owners, developers, suppliers and other stakeholders for the last 10 years
Robin is a multi-disciplinary engineer who has worked on a wide variety of offshore wind and battery storage projects over the last 10 years. In offshore wind, Robin has focused particularly on operations and maintenance analyses and associated OpEx budgeting, working for developers, owners, investors, supply chain and a variety of other stakeholders. His work on energy storage ranges from tender evaluations and drafting performance warranties, through to acting as Independent Engineer for the commissioning testing of more than half of the UK EFR storage projects. Recently, Robin has also been using his site and O&M experience from wind and storage to provide inspection services at solar projects.
Sally focusses on due diligence for GB BESS transactions and owners' engineering technical support for BESS construction / provisional acceptance.
Sally has a background in disaster management, logistics and financial support, and joined Everoze in 2019. Since 2021 she has been working in the energy storage and flexibility team, with a focus on due diligence for GB BESS transactions and owners' engineering technical support for BESS construction.
She also coordinates Everoze's ITE verification services for ESO frequency response services and has a particular interest in BESS sustainability issues.

She has led a wide range of strategic engagements for industry participants, drawing, on her deep knowledge of turbine technology, technology commercialisation and the offshore wind industry. Since joining Everoze, she has been applying these capabilities into the wider energy field, including energy storage.
