Comercial Panamericana S.A., was created in 2000 with the objective of producing California Red Abalone (Haliotis rufescens) in Chile's IV Region, near the cities of Coquimbo and La Serena... The culture technology that we have developed is based on artificial reproduction and subsequent out-culture of abalone in land-based tank systems.
